Creative ist stolz, eine der ersten zu sein, die Sound zum PC gebracht haben: \u201ewe gave the PC a voice\u201c. Eine kleine Pr\u00e4sentation \u201ewhat was going on in 1987\u201c verdeutlicht die Sound-Innovation innerhalb einer Zeit, in der Handys noch ganz anders aussahen\u2026 Mit dieser Zeit wird das aktuelle Jubil\u00e4umsprodukt, die Sound BlasterX AE-5 kontrastiert. F\u00fcr einen Kaufpreis von derzeit fast 150 Euro verspricht sie einen 122 db hochaufl\u00f6senden Sound, perfektes noice-cancelling, 32-bit\/384kHz ESS Sabre DAC und audioverbessernde Technologien aus eigener Entwicklung. Die Besonderheit der Soundkarte liegt darin, dass sie jeden Channel individuell versorgt. Der verbaute onboard-Verst\u00e4rker f\u00fcrs Headset namens XAMP soll der beste auf dem Markt sein. Nat\u00fcrlich kommt die moderne Entwicklung auch nicht mehr ohne RGB-Beleuchtung aus, weshalb die AE-5 einen mit <strong>Aurora Reactive Lighting<\/strong> best\u00fcckten Controller in den PC bringt. An die Soundkarte kann man 30 cm lange Light-Strips anschlie\u00dfen, die sich mit anderer Beleuchtung abstimmen k\u00f6nnen und sich nat\u00fcrlich auch mit Effekten konfiguriert lassen. Die sehr niedrige Output-Impedanz der XAMP von 1\u03a9 kann empfindliche In-Ear-Kopfh\u00f6rer und ebenso professionelle Studiokopfh\u00f6rer im Intervall zwischen 16 bis 600 \u03a9 bespeisen. Die AE-5 soll eine verbesserte Realit\u00e4t sowie hervorragenden 7.1 Surround-Sound erzeugen. Die Soundkarte liefert die Funktion \u201e<strong>Scout<\/strong> <strong>Radar 2.0<\/strong>\u201c ins PC-Geh\u00e4use, mit dessen Hilfe eine pr\u00e4zisere Ortung der Gegner durch den Sound leicht fallen soll. Die Soundquelle kann sogar auf dem Smartphone in einem Radar angezeigt werden. Bei Creative, so hei\u00dft es, lege man auch immer viel Wert auf die Software. So k\u00f6nnen beispielsweise zus\u00e4tzlich zu bereits genanntem verschiedene Soundprofile festgelegt und genutzt werden. Brauche ich als Gamer bei einem guten Headset ein Update von Onboard zur neuen Creative-Soundkarte \u00fcberhaupt? Was w\u00e4ren die Vorteile?<\/p>\n<p>Ja, das lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. Viele Gaming-PCs konzentrieren sich zu wenig auf den Sound. Der verbaute XAMP-Verst\u00e4rker ist ein absolutes Upgrade von einer Onboard-Soundkarte. Deshalb ist die AE-5 nichts f\u00fcr Casual Gamer, sondern nur etwas f\u00fcr audiophile Zocker. Man braucht ge\u00fcbte Ohren, um einen Unterschied h\u00f6ren zu k\u00f6nnen. Eine Anschaffung kann sich bei entsprechenden Headsets aber lohnen, schlie\u00dflich soll das Ausgabeger\u00e4t kein Ventil sein, dass die Qualit\u00e4t des Tons nach unten dr\u00fcckt. Gute Autoreifen n\u00fctzen nichts, wenn der Motor nicht mith\u00e4lt. Das Fazit: die AE-5 kann sich lohnen, je nachdem was man alles an den Computer anschlie\u00dft und wie hoch die eigenen Klangerwartungen sind.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"katana-soundbar\"><\/span>Katana Soundbar<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Katana ist die erste Multimedia-Soundbar unter einem Monitor. Die 7.1 Surround-Sound-f\u00e4hige Soundbar ist mit RGB-Lightning versehen und richtet sich an Gamer, die mit ihrem Computer mehr machen, als nur zu zocken. Das Schauen von Filmen oder H\u00f6ren von Musik geh\u00f6rt auch dazu. Katana ist nach vom European Hardware Award zum besten Lautsprecher gew\u00e4hlt worden. Der private Klangtest im Vorf\u00fchrraum der Entertainment Area der Messe ist sehr \u00fcberzeugend. Die 150-Watt (+Chipverst\u00e4rkung) starke Desktopsoundbar liefert eine gute Soundperformance.
