Gegr\u00fcndet wurde DeepCool 1996 in Peking. Zum Produktportfolio des Herstellers geh\u00f6ren unter anderem Geh\u00e4use sowie CPU-K\u00fchler und Kompaktwasserk\u00fchlungen. Im Februar 2023 hatten wir bereits die DeepCool LS520 SE im Test, die mit einer guten Performance und ordentlich RGB \u00fcberzeugen konnte. Die knapp 1 Jahr sp\u00e4ter vorgestellte DeepCool LS520S Zero Dark, die wir heute im Test haben, kommt hingegen mit einer sehr schlichten Optik daher. Ebenfalls wei\u00df ist die Banderole, die der Hersteller um den Karton herum platziert hat. Diese zeigt ein farbiges Bild der Kompaktwasserk\u00fchlung sowie dessen Namen und, an der R\u00fcckseite, eine Tabelle mit den technischen Daten bzw. allen relevanten Eigenschaften. Die Pappschachtel dient in Verbindung mit einem weiteren Folie zum Schutz des Radiators. Auch der Pumpenblock wurde in eine zus\u00e4tzliche Folie eingewickelt. erreicht die CPU unseres Testsystem bei Volllast maximal 46,9 \u00b0C (bei 50% PWM L\u00fcfter- und voller Pumpengeschwindigkeit) bzw. 45,4 \u00b0C (bei 100% PWM L\u00fcfter- und Pumpengeschwindigkeit). Eine Reduzierung der Pumpendrehzahl ist bei der LS520S Zero Dark leider nicht m\u00f6glich, weshalb sich der gemessene Wert bei 50% PWM nicht ganz mit den Werten der anderen Testprobanden vergleichen l\u00e4sst. Dennoch sind die erreichten Werte aus unserer Sicht sehr gut und die LS520S Zero Dark platziert sich im vorderen Bereich des Testfelds.<\/p>\n<p>Die nicht regulierbare Pumpengeschwindigkeit hat aber leider negative Einfl\u00fcsse auf die Lautst\u00e4rke. Bei 3100 Umdrehungen pro Minute ist ein klares, hochfrequentes Summen der Pumpe zu h\u00f6ren, welches auf Dauer durchaus st\u00f6rend sein kann. Bei den L\u00fcftern ist es wie immer Einstellungssache. Mit einer Minimaldrehzahl von 530 Umdrehungen pro Minute sind die L\u00fcfter nicht wirklich wahrnehmbar und die Maximaldrehzahl von 2230 Umdrehungen sollte man nur in Extremsituationen oder gar nicht einstellen. Hier gilt es also im BIOS die richtige L\u00fcfterkurve zu finden. Wenn keine High-End-CPU zum Einsatz kommt und das Geh\u00e4use generell gut bel\u00fcftet ist, dann sollte die damit erbrachte K\u00fchlleistung f\u00fcr die meisten Gaming-Systeme mit einer CPU unterhalb der 95W-Grenze mehr als ausreichend sein.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"fazit-zum-deepcool-ls520s-zero-dark-test\"><\/span>Fazit zum DeepCool LS520S Zero Dark Test<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>\u00c4hnlich wie bei der DeepCool LS520 SE wei\u00df auch die LS520S Zero Dark in vielen Bereich von sich zu \u00fcberzeugen. Zun\u00e4chst ist da einmal die ausgezeichnete K\u00fchlleistung, die teilweise sogar besser ist als die einiger Kompaktwasserk\u00fchlungen mit gr\u00f6\u00dferem Radiator. Dazu gesellen sich eine sehr schlichte Optik, eine hochwertige Verarbeitung und ein immer noch sehr gutes bzw. einfaches Montagesystem. Der Montageprozess wird zudem noch durch voraufgetragene W\u00e4rmeleitpaste weiter vereinfacht. Zuletzt hinterlassen auch die verbauten L\u00fcfter einen positiven Eindruck und bieten einen breiten Drehzahlbereich.<\/p>\n<p>Negativ aufgefallen ist uns bei der DeepCool LS520S Zero Dark eigentlich nur ein Punkt, der aber durchaus einen sehr starken Einfluss auf die Kaufentscheidung haben kann. Denn leider ist die Pumpendrehzahl nicht regulierbar und liegt konstant bei 3100 Umdrehungen pro Minute. Das w\u00e4re grunds\u00e4tzlich erstmal nicht schlimm, wenn da nicht da das hochfrequente und h\u00f6rbare Surren w\u00e4re. Dieser Aspekt d\u00fcrfte f\u00fcr viele Kaufinteressenten ein K.O.-Kriterium darstellen.<\/p>\n<p>Dazu kommt, dass die DeepCool LS520S Zero Dark bei deutschen H\u00e4ndler gar nicht mehr so gut verf\u00fcgbar ist, obwohl sie erst Ende Januar 2024 ver\u00f6ffentlicht wurde.
