Die Kamera ist 13 cm lang, rund 5 cm hoch und etwa 7 cm tief. Ohne Kabel bringt sie 189 Gramm Gewicht auf die Waage.<\/p>\n<p>Den gr\u00f6\u00dften Teil des Gewichts macht dabei der hochwertige Metallst\u00e4nder aus, mit dessen Hilfe sich die Cam auf einem Monitor platzieren l\u00e4sst. Die Kamera selbst wird an Ober- und Unter-, sowie R\u00fcckseite optisch von gro\u00dfen L\u00fcftungsschlitzen dominiert, die die PW315 seinerzeit nicht bot. Den USB-C-Port finden wir an der R\u00fcckseite. In der Theorie ist sogar eine Nutzung in der Horizontalen m\u00f6glich. Zudem steht an der Unterseite des Fu\u00dfes ein 1\/4-Zoll-Gewinde zur Verf\u00fcgung, um die Kameras auf einem Stativ zu nutzen.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"verarbeitung-der-avermedia-pw515\"><\/span>Verarbeitung der AverMedia PW515<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Nicht vollends \u00fcberzeugen kann uns die Verarbeitungsqualit\u00e4t der AverMedia PW515, gerade gemessen am recht hohen Preis. Den besten und hochwertigsten Eindruck hinterl\u00e4sst dabei noch der Standfu\u00df, der massiv gefertigt ist und somit f\u00fcr sicheren Halt sorgt. Angenehm zudem, dass der Hersteller hier auf eine Gummierung setzt. Wirklich robust wirkt der Body aus Plastik jedoch nicht.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Die Webcam selbst wirkt vergleichsweise billig und ist vollst\u00e4ndig aus Plastik. Dieses ist zwar recht robust und gibt auch unter Druck nicht nach, wirklich wertig f\u00fchlt sich das Ganze aber nicht an. Das gilt vor allem f\u00fcr den Privacy-Shutter der, genau wie bei der PW513, als Plastikb\u00fcgel vor die Linse geschoben wird. Das erf\u00fcllt zwar irgendwie seinen Zweck, wirklich hochwertig wirkt das aber nicht. Zumal man hier mit der <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/basic-tutorials.de\/tests\/peripherie\/avermedia-pw313d\/\">Avermedia PW313D (unser Test)<\/a><\/strong> eine deutlich bessere L\u00f6sung anbot.<\/p>\n<p>Eine vollst\u00e4ndige Abdunkelung erreicht die silberne Plastikblende entsprechend ebenfalls nicht. Zudem sollte man vorsichtig sein, denn sie gibt unter Druck nach und k\u00f6nnte unter Umst\u00e4nden sogar die Linse verkratzen. Geboten werden ein vergleichsweise weites Sichtfeld von 100 Grad und eine 4K-Aufl\u00f6sung, womit dem Cam stark aufgestellt ist. Im Vergleich zum Vorg\u00e4ngermodell ist das Bildrauschen bei 4K-Aufnahmen deutlich weniger pr\u00e4sent.<\/p>\n<p>Seltsamerweise kam es in unserem Test zu unterschiedlichen Ergebnissen zwischen macOS und Windows 11, wobei die Aufnahmen im Microsoft-Betriebssystem qualitativ besser ausfielen und hier auf ganzer Linie \u00fcberzeugen k\u00f6nnen. Dabei punktet die neue Cam vor allem mit einer\u00a0akkuraten Farbdarstellung, weitem Sichtfeld und hoher Aufl\u00f6sung. Vor allem beeindruckt hat uns, wie gut die Kamera mit schwacher oder \u00fcberm\u00e4\u00dfig starker Belichtung zurechtkommt. Auch die schnelle und kinderleichte Einrichtung und Bedienung \u00fcber die Begleitsoftware gefallen.<\/p>\n<p>Das Bildrauschen hat der Hersteller beim neuen Modell gut in den Griff bekommen und \u00fcberzeugt mit einem scharfen, detailreichen und klaren Bild. Komischerweise konnten wir in unserem Test aber Unterschiede zwischen macOS und Windows 11 feststellen, die trotz identischer Einstellungen auftraten.
