This sensor is supposed to detect whether the phone is held to the ear. If it is to the ear, the voice message is played very quietly. In practice, however, this function is prone to errors. It is also activated by certain cell phone covers, for example. If the problem occurs with all voicemails and the phone is not muted, it is therefore advisable to remove the phone cover. If the WhatsApp voice message is then played loudly, the problem was due to a misactivation of the sensor.<\/p>
