An overview of all your text documents, files, discussions, to-dos and events can be found at a glance in the dashboard. It provides customizable collaboration option in which, you can choose your collaborating team mates and clients. Basecamp lets the users communicate effectively with co-workers, enabling them to send messages, share files and emails, host discussions, organize meetings and events, and assign tasks. There is also an option for customized sharing by which the admins can restrict views and permissions to all the users.
