That's a very good question. Truth, not an easy one to answer in a short timeframe... other than to say bad people doing bad things required a more concerted news effort which might've been a bit more than Twitter approved of. Not so much breaking the Twit-ToS but likely bent it just a smidge.

Do not despair, efforts to get the Blue Bird Tabloid back are underway. May take a bit, we're hoping to either get it back or start something similar by 2016... but sooner would be great.
