Basic rotor balancing so called in-situ balancing can be performed even with simple, single channel vibration meter. It is very easy with Adash Balancer. Get a vibration meter (such as A4900 Vibrio from Adash) and get down to work with this App!
Additional app possibility is to do balancing without vibration meter. Now you really don’t need any vibration meter. Your smart phone has simple acceleration sensor already and we are using them for taking the readings during balancing job.
Please take this app as an emergency option for balancing. The mathematics behind it is unquestionable, but to do balancing with the smartphone is far far away from precision which you can get while balancing with Adash vibration analyzers such as VA3Pro or VA5Pro.
Balanced rotor, fan, impeller etc. on rotating equipment is very important for reliable factory operation. Balancing is important part of machine condition monitoring and predictive maintenance based on vibration analysis.

This method has not changed and it is still used in the app. But now you have a new possibility to do balancing without vibration meter. Now you really don’t need any vibration meter. Your smart phone has simple acceleration sensor already and we are using them for taking the readings during balancing job.
