To activate Badges Full simply download and install, then:
--For Nova Launcher--
go to nova settings -> look and feel -> icon theme -> badges full
--For Holo Launcher--
press menu -> launcher settings -> appearance settings -> icon pack -> badges full
--For LauncherPro--
--For ADW--
starting at the home screen press menu -> more -> adwsettings -> themes preferences -> select your theme -> badges full -> apply theme
NOTE: Badges Full will NOT show up in your app drawer and must be activated the above mentioned way.
