That file doesn't live on this desktop.

We looked everywhere — /wp-content/uploads/2022/09/Frame.png isn't in /var/pages, the recycle bin, or any of the projects folders. It might have been renamed, unpublished, or never existed in the first place (we're big fans of option three).
