I use this program to confirm the frame rate of a video before I start a subtitling project. So many different frame rates are used in the audiovisual world of films and videos and subtitling. Some subtitle programs don't automatically detect and don't always get the true frame rate right. I do a lot of subtitling from Spanish to English and I find AVInaptics a great accessory to my work.
