Results

I am two weeks into chair yoga and I have to admit I am seeing some progress.  I have lost about an inch on my stomach.  Yeah!  The scales are not as encouraging but this is about fitness not just weight loss.

When I walk around I hear the yoga master telling me to lengthen through my spine.  My posture is improving and I am engaging my core. Who knows maybe I will get that inch of height back too.

My measurements aren’t anything to be proud of or admired but my progress is good.
