Partners will earn a 15% commission on the first purchase made through their referral and a 4% commission on every subsequent purchase. If a partner\u2019s referred user purchases wallet credits, the commission will be 4%. By registering or participating in the Program, you (&#8220;Partner&#8221;) agree to the following:<\/p><p><strong>1. Eligibility<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Any individual or business can apply to become a partner.<\/li><li>The Company reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>2. Partner Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Promote our services through ethical and compliant means.<\/li><li>Share only official and approved marketing content.<\/li><li>Ensure accurate representation of our brand, pricing, and service capabilities.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>3. Referral Process<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Each Partner will be provided a unique referral code or tracking link.<\/li><li>A referred user must register using the Partner\u2019s referral code\/link for the referral to be valid.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>4. Commission Structure<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Partners will earn a commission on the successful paid transactions made by referred customers.<\/li><li>Commission rates and tiers may be communicated separately and are subject to change with prior notice.<\/li><li>Commission will be calculated monthly based on the total verified revenue generated from referred customers in that month.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>5. Commission Payout<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Payouts will be made on a monthly basis, within the first 10 business days of the following month.<\/li><li>Partners must provide valid bank account details or UPI ID to receive payments.<\/li><li>Minimum payout threshold may apply (e.g., 500 or equivalent). \u20b9<\/li><li>If a customer\u2019s payment is refunded for any reason (e.g., cancellation, failed service), the previously credited commission will be deducted from the Partner\u2019s next payout.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>6. Tax Compliance<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Partners are responsible for complying with all local tax regulations and may be required to submit PAN\/GST or other documentation before receiving payouts.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>7. Termination<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Either party may terminate participation at any time with written notice.<\/li><li>Any commissions earned prior to termination will be paid in the next cycle.<\/li><li>Fraudulent, unethical, or misleading activity may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>8. Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>The Company will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages related to the Program.<\/li><li>We do not guarantee any level of earnings or business outcomes.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>9. Amendments<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>The Company may modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>10.
