Greetings from a hotel room in Cleveland, Ohio!

Writing about my 4 notebooks for Noted inspired me to bring a brush pen with two refills on my travels to Nashville and Cleveland to promote Don’t Call It Art.

I’m presenting the past handful of days unvarnished, with a little bit of commentary.

This drawing of me was inspired by striking reproductions of Pierre Roche’s “Delivrance” I saw on the side of a law office in Nashville.

I had a fun day in Nashville, sitting by the pool at the Chloe and speaking to a full house at Parnassus.

I had actually never seen a Christo and Jean-Claude prep drawing in person — this one was for the “Surrounded Islands” project.
