Please replace tbb by onetbb. Also only eigen3 is supported.

Current version is incompatible with Eigen 5. Installing pagmo-git works until upstream releases a new version.

ipopt and nlopt should probably be copied in makedepends as this is compiled

also eigen is header-only and should probabbly moved to makedepends
