OSDN.net has problems with its certificates, so we can't install from there. Maybe we should use nurse's GitHub repo instead?

The release URL has changed again to:

(notice the changed path fragment from dl to downloads)

"Yet another" character code converter? Isn't THIS one the original? Nkf should be in [extra]! Thank you for the timely update. ProTip: Use --url-input for what may be the terminal's fastest tool for converting percent-escaped text.
