Looks like the dependency problem with python-path-and-address was fixed. Thanks.

As you can see in the list of dependencies on this Package Details page, python-path-and-address is only available from git, so just install python-path-and-address-git instead.

It appears one of the dependacys isnt available python-path-and-address.
