@davisenra and @SomeoneNoone
This bug is related to php and libxml2
Should be fixed when next php version (8.3.10) is released.
Similar error and fix in php: https://github.com/php/php-src/issues/14834

It looks like this package (or probably the source itself) has been broken for the last couple of days. During the install process I get the following warnings/errors:
[PEAR] PEAR: Invalid tag order in <dependencies>, found <_content> expected one of "group"
[PEAR] PEAR: Parsing of package.xml from file "/tmp/pear/temp/peariizz7e/package.xml" failed
The end result is that neither the pear or the pecl binaries are available on the system. I also tried installing this straight from php-pear website, but ended up with the same errors.

From reading the archlinux forums & wiki, it looks like this package is supposed to install /usr/bin/pecl, but it doesn't. It actually doesn't seem to install anything useful currently. Did I miss something?

@higuita - I am able to build and install this package successfully.
Plus I grep'ed all files in the package for word "client" and did not find anything related to c-client.
Post full error please.
PS: I am not PHP expert. So I may have missed something.
