What is your return policy?

At AukCliff, we stand behind the quality, comfort, and craftsmanship of every product we make. If you're not completely satisfied with your order for any reason, we'll make it right.

That means:

  • Replacement or full refund for any misprint, damage, or defect
  • Initiate a size exchange within 30 days (unworn and unwashed) and we'll help you get the right fit
  • Exchange for something you'll truly love

Shipping & Fulfilment

We ship from multiple fulfilment centres located around the world, including Canada, the USA, the UK, Spain, and Latvia. Whenever possible, we fulfil your order from the location closest to you to reduce delivery time, cost, and the chance of customs or import fees.

However, not all sizes and colour options are available in every fulfilment centre. In some cases, your order may ship from a different country if that’s the only location where your selected item is in stock.

If you’re concerned about where your order will be shipped from, we’re happy to help. Just send us a screenshot of your shopping cart showing the size and colour of each item you’re considering, and we’ll manually check availability and let you know the likely shipping origin.

Your order ships within 2–5 business days from one of our global facilities. Most orders arrive in 7–10 business days.

Is a shipping tracking number provided?

Yes, we will email you a tracking number when your order is sent to you.

How long does shipping take?

Typically, it takes 3-7 business days to get your order packed and shipped. Then, it's off on its adventure to you! Shipping times vary depending on your location:

USA and Canada: 2-6 business days (because let's be honest, you deserve it fast!)

UK: 2-4 days

Europe: 6-8 business days (we know, the wait might feel like an eternity, but trust us, it'll be worth it!)

Australia and New Zealand:: 2-14 business days (because sometimes good things take time, like that epic hike you're planning)

Japan: 4-8 business days (we're working on a teleportation device for international shipping, but for now, this is the best we can do!)

International: 10-20 business days (patience is a virtue, adventurer!)

Are your products eco-friendly?

Yes, our products are made to order which reduces waste. Plus, we're committed to sustainable practices! We use sustainable materials wherever possible.

We are committed to fair labor practices, safe working conditions, and reducing environmental impact.

Our t-shirts are made from cotton with a small amount of polyester for your comfort and durability.

Our shipping material is recyclable cardboard boxing, and post-consumer recycled (PCR) plastic bags that are recyclable.

For every order, we donate $0.43 USD to theGoodAPI who distribute donations to reputable charitable organizations like EarthLungs and Veritree to plant trees around the world.

Planting trees offers a multitude of benefits:

  • Increased biodiversity: Trees provide habitat for a wide variety of wildlife.
  • Coastal protection: Mangrove trees, a key focus, help to stabilize coastlines and reduce the impact of erosion and flooding.
