The Lawson Legacy: Generation 6.1

Welcome to generation six! Meet Flavius Lawson. He’s… well, completely indistinguishable from any other sim baby at this point in time. With Elizabeth as a mother and Drusus as a grandfather, though, he just has to be great.

After completely fucking FAILING as a parent, Darren suddenly decides to become grandparent of the year. Looks like Flavius is a redhead, which is zero surprise given that both of his mothers are redheads as well and there are no blond genes in the mix.

Just because there’s a baby in the house, that doesn’t mean Rose gets to stay non-pregnant. This is a legacy, you know.

For a Romance sim, Elizabeth is turning out to be a brilliant mother. She looks after her son with no prompting at all and even seems to like him.

Here’s Darren again, showing off the fine parenting skills he refused to show his own children.

Oh wait. Never mind. Carry on as you were. He’s still Darren The Useless after all.

Drusus is a brilliant grandfather. No surprise. He’s Drusus.

It’s soon time for Flavius to become more interesting.

Meanwhile, a little brother or sister is making itself known.

Flavius is a damn cute toddler. He has both parents’ tan skin tone and red hair, with Rose’s grey eyes. His stats are:
Neat (7)
Outgoing (9)
Active (8)
Playful (8)
Grouchy (1)

Elizabeth continues to be an amazing mother. Who would’ve thought? o.O

Flavius is a cutie, though, so can you blame her?

Elizabeth: Do you think we should ask our friend over there to join us?

More cute toddler spam, because I can.

Pop!

Okay, so perhaps I went a little overboard with the toddler pictures.

To make up for it, I give you: LABOUR PAINS.

It’s another boy - Fiyero Lawson.

Walking toddler alert!

Just so you know, Catterick is still going strong, despite attempts from several generations of toddlers to squeeze him to death.

Darren’s time comes. He spent a good proportion of his time in my game annoying me, but he wasn’t all bad, and he helped create Elizabeth, for which I shall ever be grateful.

I think it’s a bit much that Etienne inherited more than Elizabeth, though, given that she’s the one who lived with her father.

With a death out of the way, it’s time for Flavius to grow up and the Flavius toddler spam to cease.

He’s a cute kid! The duck lips would be worrying if they hadn’t been seen on many Lawson children before him.

With his husband dead, Drusus decides to retire and enjoy the rest of his days.

And poor Rose is pregnant again. I promise her that it’ll be the last time.
