Hello! I am a soon to be twenty year old college student who is still figuring out the direction for her life, though the basic subjects (theatre, film, English) are relatively established. I love all types of film, except horror, and hold a special appreciation and love for old, black and white films. I will watch almost anything that features Fred Astaire, Katharine Hepburn, Cate Blanchette, or Kate Winslet (among others, but they are my favorites). I love languages, though I often terribly misuse English by talking in fragments with too many commas; and accents of all shapes and sizes. I carry a book with me everywhere and read everything I can get my hands on, though I'm known to not always finish what I start. I really like scarves and things that make my heart skip, paintings and the magic of nature, and doing things that frighten me, or at least attempting them.

I'M CURRENTLY INTO: Zachary Quinto, gangster movies, Spock and Star Trek, Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close, John Updike, trying to figure out the puzzles from Wired's "Mystery Issue" with J.J. Abrams, reading and listening to comedy writing (not mine), staying up late watching movies, The Tonight Show (and Coco Christopher), Marion Cotillard, John Stewart and the Daily Show, title sequences, Tennessee Williams, random quotes.

CURRENTLY WATCHING: 30 Rock, The Office, How I Met Your Mother, Mad Men, The Daily Show, Heroes, Weeds, Dexter, Lost, Psych. And shows that are no longer on the air: Arrested Development, Pushing Daisies, Gilmore Girls, Veronica Mars, The Sopranos, and Friends.
