Questions
How much does Premium cost?
About the price of a coffee — a small, symbolic amount that keeps AudioAmber growing without ads or sponsorships. Exact pricing for your country (and the yearly discount) shows up after you create a free account, so we can localise the currency and any applicable taxes.
Do I need a credit card?
No. Checkout goes through PayPal. If you already have money in your PayPal balance, you can pay without entering card details. Bank transfer via PayPal works too. It's a single one-time charge — not a subscription.
Is this an automatic subscription? Will I be charged again next month?
No. Premium is a one-time payment through PayPal. You're charged once today and that's it — nothing renews automatically and there's no recurring billing to cancel. When your 30 days (or 12 months) end, premium simply expires. We'll send you an email a few days before so you can buy again if you'd like to continue.
How do I cancel?
There's nothing to cancel. This is not a subscription — it's a single PayPal payment with no future charges scheduled. You'll keep premium until your purchased period ends, and then it stops on its own.
Will Premium work in the iPhone and Android apps?
Yes. Sign in with the same email you used here, and Premium features unlock automatically on every device.
Do you offer refunds?
If something isn't working for you, write to [email protected] within 14 days and we'll sort it out.
