I always liked to create new versions for my favorite songs by adding sound effects and mixing tunes together. Audio MP3 Editor isn't the best programs for this purpose but it still gives you a satisfying range of features.
At first, the interface of this application might seem a bit overwhelming, especially to beginner users who don't know much about the purpose of each of the offered tool. But, I'm sure its comprehensive help file will be of good use whenever there's a question.
The biggest issue I had with this program was that, for some reason, it crashed several times and I lost my re-mastering progress.
The program still has some strong points, like the fact that it supports dozens of audio formats, comes with a built-in audio converter and CD ripper, brings along a large number of audio effects and many other. Another thing that caught my attention was the ability to select a certain area from your song and save it to various output formats.
To be honest, I would recommend you to try Audio MP3 Editor as its price is affordable and the number of configurations is large, but you need to consider the fact that it might crash several times. So, it's up to you if you wish to give it a try or look for some more advanced audio editing tools.
