Sorry for my very, very late reply but obviously I've been preoccupied with the holidays and then my computer went wrong. Unfortunatly I no longer have the link to the tutorial I followed, as I had to wipe my computer.

I do remember I found the tutorial over @ icon_tutorial while searching through the posts using the "program: photoshop" tag.
