Elaine's origin synopsis and some glimpse to her family life.

Once upon a time there was a rebel seraphim known as Sandalphon. He was part of Lucifer's groupies who should have been bitch slapped by Michael's power during Lucifer's rebellion. Except he cheated. He waited until Michael was riding, smacking fallen angels like a Boss until he saw an opening. In that opening, he stabbed Michael's back with his spear...

Both, Sandalphon and Michael were never heard of again. It's unknown why nobody...investigated his disappearance in the Silver City. I can easily speculate that Gabriel, being a resentful jerkass upstart, would never conduct a research to what happened with him. Now was his moment to shine with Raphael's lack of backbone, Lucifer in Hell, Michael missing... until he met certain British chap known as John Constantine, but that's another story.

Besides God might have wanted this to happen.

Back to Sandalphon and Michael. The former was able to imprison the archangel by taking advantage of the greatest weakness Michael had: his compassion. He was too injured and to heal would require to die. Now his death-rebirth restoration process usually brings forth the Big Bang that would destroy the known Creation. So obviously, Michael didn't do it.

Sandalphon also had an obsession with angel babies. He wanted to wage war against Heaven by creating a new Host. But not any Host. He wanted one made up by all archangels. Problem is that they were sterile. The only one who remotely had any conception energy was Michael because he was the Demiurge.

Oops.

You know where this is going.

For millions of years, in his disgusting laboratory-pocket universe, Sandalphon stole the eggs of mortal women to create the perfect creature: an archangel that can breed. He fertilized life with Michael's Power and incubated it in the captive archangel. Likely because in his "womb", his corrosive omnipotence would peel away the humanity out the child. Tragically, all these children were born hybrid and monstrous; too human or sterile. None had the result he wanted. All but one, Cal the impaired helper, were cast and killed in a pit.

After four thousand generations, the child Sandalphon was looking for was finally born. One with perfectly functional ovaries: Three hundred ova and each of them would have been an archangel. That child was Elaine. Her siblings were called "murky rainbows" while she, according to Sandalphon, was like a "flawless diamond".

What a creeper.

Sandalphon gave the baby to an English family, the Bellocs, who raised and nurtured her with love (and never told her she wasn't their biological daughter). Elaine was always abnormal (and a catnip for anything supernatural of the area), but she was stubborn in trying to be as "normal" as possible. Of course, her life gave a turn after she finally met her uncle, Lucifer, at twelve. Eventually, she was reunited with her imprisoned father (using "father" loosely since Michael sired and birthed her) at the clutches of Sandalphon. Fortunately, Lucifer put the creeper on his place and took his niece and brother away with him. By then, Lucifer had saved her twice so Elaine regarded him as some kind of superhero and snubbed her father on his favor. After her discovery, she began to learn and embrace her powers (often referred as her "teenage archangel" phase).

That was the beginning. Elaine went into the mature Power that Be/Goddess/Archangel phase (this is her current canon point in Amat) for centuries after her return from the dead (Elaine had traded her life to save Lucifer's). Followed by her stint as Demiurge in Yahweh's Creation, replacing the late Michael, and God the Maker on her Own Cosmos for about eons (in her Creation). Finally, her complete journey to apotheosis and ascension to Yahweh's throne (this is her canon point in SP) to save His Creation and Lucifer's from obliteration.

Complicated? Here, let Michael and Lucifer give you a helpful hand. Others try and fail to describe what she is (or was before her ascension to Godhood destroyed what she was), Lucifer nailed it:

One note about Michael, Lucifer and Elaine. While Gabriel, Raphael, Uriel, Duma and the rest of the Host are usually referred as brothers/sons in a ceremonial or emotional way, they aren't Yahweh's blood. Michael and Lucifer are His sons, both created everything as His intermediaries, including the other angels (Gabriel appears to be the first). The Host were created for them to have mirrors to grow and interact with. They couldn't have inherited His Throne because they seem to have not the "godly genes" (or whatever makes those two special) in their system. Elaine, being Michael's daughter, and unlike her dead siblings (again for some reason are not acknowledged as Michael's children or Yahweh's scions like Elaine is. Likely because unlike she, they are still part of the patrimony of Adam? Who knows. Cal was even alive and Michael didn't move a finger when Lucifer used him to bring back Elaine), had the same potential and birthright in theory. Originally, it wasn't her fate to reach apotheosis, Yahweh had planned for his sons to succeed him.

Their rejection of his Plan and her ascension came as a pleasant surprise to Him. The sweet randomness he was looking for and always eluded him. The reason why he walked out his Creation, left everything fall apart in order to not know some of the outcome.

Threadjacking: Unless is marked private, you can go for it. Elaine is chill.
Fourthwalling: If your character surely knows Vertigo comics, yes, otherwise no.

Hugging this character: Elaine loves hugs. Expect her to hug back.
Kissing this character: Sure why not? She's very affectionate.
Flirting with this character: She won't mind and might flirt back depending the situation. If your character seeks more than just being playful, Elaine does and has gotten in a relationship with a guy (Martin Stitchglass), but for the total of two hours after falling in love with him. She's the drama-free equivalent of the "loves them, leaves them" type.
Fighting with this character: Your character can try. Elaine would just roll her eyes and vanish. If the person gets too persistent and hurt others to catch her attention, she would attempt to do something like remove their ability to fight/powers until they reconsider their options.
Injuring/killing/maiming/mind controlling/manipulate/read the mind of this character: Injuring and maiming is technically possible but… that body? Just a construct, so whatever happens to it can be shrug off and repaired in a wink. Killing and mind control are impossible. Manipulating her is not beyond the realm of possibility. Reading Elaine's mind... would feel like reading air or reading the minds of a multiuniverse. She will keep 'barriers' for the sake of the telepath's sanity.
Detect she's God/Higher Up/Celestial: As long your character is an angel/God/Endless/something of the like, go ahead. She won't be announcing her status, but she's not going to hide it either. If someone asks her "Are you God?" She's not going to lie. If Death, Lucifer or someone else told your character about Elaine being God, they can figure out this is the Elaine they meant.

¤ ELAINE'S POWERS:

Elaine has "unlimited Power" and "unlimited Will" aka the entire package of being a God Creator (omniscience, omnipresence, omnipotence, etc). She will limit herself, but some things she'll know by proxy (looking at you, DC/Vertigo types) and others, she will pick up accidentally (while her mind runs across the realm).
