Asterisk Key is a wonderful application that allows users to reveal passwords hidden under asterisks. The program is perfect to reveal any password that you may have forgotten due to the use of the auto-saving or complete function of most of the browsers.
Unlike many other similar programs, Asterisk Key not only has the ability to reveal username and password dialog boxes, but it can also decode websites login data.
In order to reveal a username and password, you just have to open the dialog of webpage you wish to unmask and click on the recover button or link. You will have the login access data that you have forgotten in just a few seconds. The retrieved password can be saved as a .txt file or you can also copy the entire text to the clipboard.
The program has a simple but not very attractive user interface.
On the whole, Asterisk Key is a very useful program which can save you from the problem of retrieving a password by other time-consuming means or creating a new account.
