Is the $3,000 price all-inclusive?

Yes. The Advanced Web Package price includes design, development, and first year of revisions, basic on-page SEO, and launch support for one domain. If you need extra pages, complex integrations, or custom development, we’ll scope and quote that separately before starting.

How does the $500 Branding & Graphics Package work?

This is designed to make your new website look cohesive and professional. Instead of a one-size-fits-all package, you get to choose any three services from our menu of six (including Logo Design, Social Media Templates, Branding Guides, and more).

The Process:

1. Once you complete your checkout with the Branding & Graphics Package included, we will follow up to see which three options you'd like.

2. We’ll work closely with you to gather your style preferences and any existing assets.

3. Because a "Logo Design" takes a different amount of time than a "Social Media Kit," we will provide a custom ETA for these assets based on your specific requests.

Note: Branding assets are typically developed in tandem with your website build to ensure your entire online presence is perfectly synchronized.

How does this differ from the Basic Package?

The Basic Package is a 5-page "digital business card." The Advanced Package is a 10-page "growth tool." It includes e-commerce readiness, a blog for SEO, and detailed analytics to help you make data-driven decisions.

Can I start with Basic and upgrade later?

Absolutely. However, the Advanced Package is more cost-effective for businesses that already have multiple services or a portfolio to showcase.

What CMS do you build on?

We typically build on a modern, user-friendly CMS called WordPress. It's easy for small business owners to maintain, and we install builders such as Elementor or Divi. We’ll determine the best fit based on your goals and how hands-on you want to be after launch. Pro versions of the themes are available at no extra cost for active subscribers.

How long will my project take?

Most Basic Web Package projects launch in 4-6 weeks, assuming you’re able to provide content (copy, images, logo) within a few days of starting and respond to feedback requests within 24–48 hours.

Do you handle copywriting and images?

You provide the core content, but we’ll lightly edit for clarity and layout. We can also recommend a structure for each page.

What happens after launch?

You get a short 'TEA Tutorials' page with links that walk you through basic website tasks and how to make simple edits, plus up to one year of free revisions. Revisions are small changes and fixes: this does not cover new sections, pages, banners, pop-ups, or significant alterations. We will do our best to guide you to make these changes on your own, or we are more than happy to do these updates for you with a custom quote!

The Essentials Plan is a comprehensive marketing engine designed to scale your business, normally priced at $97 per month. This plan grants you the power to manage your entire digital presence from one dashboard. You can add admins and staff to run sophisticated email and SMS campaigns, track leads, and handle all inbound and outbound communications via phone, Messenger, and email. It also includes a robust social media planner to schedule future content and maintain your online following.

How do I get started?

Immediately after checkout, you will receive full access to the platform. To ensure you hit the ground running, you can book a 60-minute onboarding session where we walk you through the initial account setup. While this is a DIY-focused plan, you are never truly on your own; you have constant access to our Live Chat support and an extensive knowledgebase covering every feature.

What happens when the year ends?

You remain in full control of your account management. At the end of your free year, you can choose to renew your Essentials subscription or downgrade to our Starter Plan for general hosting and foundational features. If your business requires a more hands-off approach, we recommend exploring our Booster or Pro (DFY) plans, which include advanced platform support and ongoing professional website management.
