Hey, I’m Ash! I’m a freelance illustrator who’s does work for all kinds of things, primarily publishing and editorial but I love to dabble in all different fields of illustration and art. It’s the best part about being a freelancer!

I’ve been posting my work on the internet for an awfully long time, since Elfwood in the early 2000s, and the landscape has changed a lot over the years. Recently it’s getting more and more difficult to manage all the algorithms between all the different social media platforms, both old and new, so I wanted to start up this newsletter as a place where I can periodically take some time to gather up all the different threads of everything I’m working on to share with all of you. It will be a record of the things I’ve made and the things I’m working on for anyone interested in what I’m up to!

So far my goal is to update once a month though that may vary depending on how much work I have available and ready to share. I definitely won’t be spamming your inbox since I work much too slowly for that to happen. If you find yourself craving slightly more updates or in-depth insights into how I make my illustrations I do have a Patreon where I post that kind of stuff!
