ASA promotes the development of high quality advice services and cooperation between advice organisations. We build partnerships between members, hold events, conduct research and represent the sector on various boards and to decision makers.
The Advice Services Alliance is the umbrella body for independent advice services in the UK. Our members are national networks of not-for-profit organisations providing advice and help on the law, access to services and related issues.
We offer membership at two levels for advice sector organisations and stakeholders
ASA members receive sector news and policy updates, get priority attendance at ASA events and have opportunities to participate and collaborate in our work to strengthen the advice sector.

The Advice Quality Standard (AQS) is an established and widely respected quality mark for the advice sector in England and Wales. It is currently held by over 600 local advice services.
