If you're finding it difficult to get a good ranking in Yahoo searches, you may want to learn about Yahoo Directory. This has its ups and downs, however, that you should be aware of. First of all, this directory receives hundreds upon thousands of submissions and entries every day. Because of this, you may have to wait awhile to receive a reply to your entry. Your website will still be subject to the scrutiny of the editors.

Being listed in the Yahoo Directory is not important per se, but it will help you rank higher in Yahoo search results.
