The Mission:
Complete 101 preset tasks in a period of 1001 days.

The Criteria:
Tasks must be specific (ie. no ambiguity in the wording) with a result that is either measurable or clearly defined. Tasks must also be realistic and stretching (ie. represent some amount of work on my part).

Why 1001 Days?
Many people have created lists in the past - frequently simple goals such as new year's resolutions. The key to beating procrastination is to set a deadline that is realistic. 1001 Days (about 2.75 years) is a better period of time than a year, because it allows you several seasons to complete the tasks, which is better for organizing and timing some tasks such as overseas trips or outdoor activities.

I will no longer keeping track of this project over on my Day Zero page because I don't feel the need to pay to have more lists or the ability to group things like I can do here.

While I know you will write what comes to you, and I sincerely hope you have fun writing the story, I just thought I'd mention a couple of things for you...

Listen, I'm just gonna say this the easiest way possible: I want anything and everything with these characters. LOL! There is so much opportunity for pre-canon, canon, and post-canon fun, not to mention any canon divergence or AU possibilities. I want to offer some post-canon prompt options, but given that we're not there yet... LOL That said, I think there is a whole world of possibilities with these characters: character insight, crises of faith, slice of life, romance, friendship, covenship... And yes, I will be happy to play with non-canon romantic things, as long as Teen is not involved in the smut, being a minor and all.

Okay, so this show has absolutely become a huge fave of mine. It hits all of my buttons re: religious lore and such, plus it has that same kind of vibe as The X-Files and Poltergeist: the Legacy. And while I didn't specify characters in my signup, all of these characters fascinate me in their own right, so I am literally down for anything for them as long as it doesn't hit my DNWs. Case fic, slice of life, missing scenes. What about something from Ben and Karima's childhood, for example? Or something with Sister Andrea's long history of seeing and battling demons? I'm honestly good with anything in this universe with any of the characters: crises of faith, slice of life, case-related. Literally anything. Probably the ONLY thing I'm not that interested in for this fandom is blatant relationship stuff that is non-canon compliant.

I'm just going to be honest with you here. I'll take anything you want to give me for this fandom: canon, canon divergent, AU, pre-canon, post-canon... This is probably my favorite of all the Flanaverse shows, and I just found all of these characters so damned fascinating! As long as it doesn't hit my DNWs, we're pretty much good.
Gargoyles (Cartoon) [Elisa Maza, Goliath (Gargoyles), Janine "Fox" Xanatos, David Xanatos]
Look, this is a show that is very near and dear to my heart. I love all of these characters and would love to see some sort of slice of life day for any of them individually or coupled up as you choose. I've seen all 3 seasons, though I don't tend to acknowledge S3 as much for various reasons. Canon, pre-canon, post-canon, slice of life, "case fic", canon divergent, AU, etc. I am here for all of it...
Merlin (1998) [Ambrosia (Merlin 1998), Frik (Merlin 1998), Merlin (Merlin 1998), Nimue (Merlin 1998)]
The way I literally lost my mind when I saw this miniseries had been nominated... I have a huge love-hate relationship with this miniseries, but I am able to ignore my issues with it because it's just so damned good! I love all four of the nominated characters [all of them honestly], and would be happy with literally anything for any of them. Please feel free to give me canon, pre-canon, post-canon, slice of life, canon divergent, AU, etc.
Ocean's 8 (2018) [Amita (Ocean's 8), Constance (Ocean's 8), Daphne Kluger, Debbie Ocean, Lou Miller (Ocean's), Nine Ball (Ocean's), Tammy (Ocean's 8)]
This movie is a full-on comfort film for me. I have it on in the background a lot, simply because it's lovely to listen to them ...and to occasionally look up and get sucked in again, as I always do. I would love to see anything in canon, pre-canon, post-canon, sicle of life, canon divergent, character development, etc. How did Debbie and Lou get to know all of these women? What past hijinks did they get up to? Were there any romances among these ladies, requited or unrequited? Would they hang out if it weren't for the jobs? Anything is good for me...

Basic notes ::

Nothing OOC. That really, really throws me out of a story faster than anything but bad grammar/spelling. Seriously.
None of this "if they were in high school/college together"/written as kids stuff, UNLESS it actually happened in their canon. I HATE it.
Babies/children are a toss up. With the exception of Tom/Trina [if you go that route], none of my couple options have small children/babies [if they have kids in canon, and you want to use them as babies/small kids, I'm okay with that], though some of the women listed are moms/daughters. I'm not necessarily looking for it, but at the same time, if it's done tastefully, I don't mind children/babies fic.
Big No-No Plots :: high school/college AUs ; non-con/dub-con ; song!fic ; OOC ; easy answers ; bodily fluid kink ; gratuitous violence ; gratuitous angst for the sake of angst ; incest ; no tentacle porn (unless it's related to CANON Ursula in Once Upon a Time) ; no body horror
Big Yes-Yes Plots :: AUs ; the use of realistic magic/spiritual beliefs ; positive kink ; sex toys ; intelligent discourse ; personal growth ; fic that passes the Bechdel test

First off, thank you for participating! This is my first year participating in this exchange. I look forward to receiving your creation with the giddy anticipation of a child waiting for Christmas morning.

While I know you will create what comes to you, and I sincerely hope you have fun with the whole process, I just thought I'd mention this first: I've included prompt options for each of the relationships I requested. I'm just offering it as an option if you want to give it a shot. If not, I know I'll love whatever you write for me. I am all good with single, double, or triple drabbles, as the inspiration hits you. And I'm caught up through Fourteen's run, not that Fourteen is an option here, just giving a head's up of how much I've seen of the series so far...

For the most part, I'm good with pretty much anything for any of these ships, as long as it doesn't mess with my DNWs...

Missy/River Song
Oh okay, so this is just the two female characters I was drawn to the most in the entirety of NuWho. I would love to see how snarky [and sexy] a relationship between these two could be. Their fights would be legendary, and so would the makeup sex. LOL

Missy/Clara Oswin Oswald
Legitimately, this ship feels almost like canon sometimes. I am so curious to see how they would interact, regardless of if it's when Missy is still "evil" or once she's started her redemption arc.

The Doctor | Ruth Clayton/River Song
If you weren't sure before reading this letter, you'll soon learn that River Song is life to me. And I loved the Fugitive Doctor so much, so I'd love to see how River interacts with this incarnation of her beloved Doctor.

Donna Noble/River Song
Okay, so this just feels like a given to me. Two of the three gingers tied so closely to the Doctor. Their lovers' quarrels would be epic with all that sass they both possess!

Thirteenth Doctor/River Song
I legit just keep going back to Alex Kingston saying she'd be thrilled to play off of Jodie Whitaker's Doctor, which made me love this ship before I ever watched the whole series myself. And don't get me wrong: I loved how they did things with River and Twelve, but I really want to see what would happen if River had run into Thirteen somehow...

Jenny Flint/Madame Vastra
These two just intrigue the fck out of me, ngl... And I love the hints of a D/s relationship between them, so if you wanna explore that, I would not be upset. LOL

Thirteenth Doctor/Yasmin Khan
It legit took me a hot minute to warm up to these two, but I ended up loving them so much. I would love an AU where Thirteen actually acknowledged the feelings between the two of them and let something happen.

Thirteenth Doctor/Yasmin Khan/River Song
I love triads, ngl... They're one of my bread & butter tropes to write myself. And there is just something to this triad that intrigues me in the best and crackiest ways. The idea of Yaz being a bit jealous of this wife "out of the blue", but then falling sway to River's charasmatic charms, thus making Thirteen so happy to have both of them in her life? Yeah, that's my jam! But I'm also down for raunchy threesome smut, too.

Bill Potts/River Song
Okay, so I loved Bill Potts to death. The idea of Bill and River would be thrilling! The way Bill would tease Twelve that she got to tap that would be amusing af, ngl... But it's not all about Twelve in that respect either. I truly think River and Bill would find each other fascinating, and probably be drawn to each other uttering outside of their associations with the Doctor.

The Doctor | Ruth Clayton/Mels Zucker
While I realize that this is kind of a "redo" of my requests for the Fugitive Doctor and River Song, I also love that Mels had her own distinct personality. Plus, she and Ruth both would have a bond in having to hide their true identities, but still being who they actually are. I would love to explore that with them.

Your favorite goal worked on this month: You know what? My favorite goal in January was actually sending out a copy of Scott Cunningham's The Truth About Witchcraft Today to my good friend Chris, who recently started out in her spiritual path. It's a book I read when it first came out, and I was officially starting in my own spiritual path after leaving a life in the Lutheran church. I have recced it to family and friends to understand at least parts of my spiritual path, but also have gifted it to so many friends and mentees starting out over the years. She's a sort of mentee of mine in her spirituality quest, and I am honored to help her out. So when I found a copy at one of my favorite pagan shops in November, I snatched it up for her, but wasn't able to actually send it until after the holidays for various reasons. She was so excited when she got it. It made me really happy to pass that on to her like that and continue the tradition I created all those years ago.

What happened with all of the characters after the end of the series? Okay, so I started separating out these prompts by pairing/ship, but realized that almost all of them worked for each pairing, so I'm just going to leave them all to you, dear creator, to decide.

I was already in my mid20s when this show came out, and I was instantly obsessed. I love all of the characters, but I think Demona ended up being my standout fave, ngl... I love the idea of any of these ships being married, and any of these prompts working for any of these ships. I do have to admit, I cackled at the thought of Demona and Elisa [or the triad] with a house filled with cats ...and Demona being annoyed by the scratch marks when she's in her human form by day. LOL As for Fox and Xanatos, I was leary of that relationship at first, but found myself fascinated by this villainous pair rather quickly, especially once young Alexander was on his way. I am both a horror fan and a religious studies fan, so this entire show is right in my wheelhouse. Then you add in this phenomenal cast, and it was a match made in heaven. I would to see pretty much anything here. My only major fandom-specific DNW here is smut. It's just not something that works for me, even as I love the simmering attraction between David and Kristen. I want buddy fic amongst any combination of these characters. Give me something with Ben the Magnificent and Kristen's girls. Give me stories about Ben and Karima: their life, their beliefs, their traditions, their HUMOR. Give me a canon-compliant case that the team has to work on. Let Leland and George and Andy and Sheryl and Kurt have cameos. I am good for anything here. And if you want to get into some really esoteric religious demonic stuff? I'm all for it!

So let me start by saying that I have this weakness for flawed people who find their happiness and inner strength. This absolutely applies to Gold, but also to Emma. I have a real love/hate thing going with canon Emma, but I tend to have a better relationship with fanon Emma. LOL I find this pairing fascinating, if for no other reason than the Neal connection. I'm curious what can happen here, and would love to see what kind of AUs could come for them. I'd also love to see a canon divergent piece where they're dating at the point where Neal comes back into the picture. What could that do? I adore slice of life fics and character development pieces, so would be fascinated for anything along these lines.

I literally binged this show's first 2 seasons in like 3 days last month to prepare myself for S3 to get my TNG reunion season. It was worth it. I fell in love with this show so hard. I am here for anything. There's only the one romantic relationship, but I will accept smut and past established relationship stuff for Beverly and Jean-Luc, based on established canon for them ...because friends can do that sort of thing. Provided it doesn't hit my DNWs, please feel free to throw whatever you've got at me here.

Basic notes ::

Nothing OOC. That really, really throws me out of a story faster than anything but bad grammar/spelling. Seriously.

None of this "if they were in high school/college together"/written as kids stuff, UNLESS it actually happened in their canon. I HATE it.

Babies/children are a toss up. None of my couple options have small children/babies [if they have kids in canon, and you want to use them as babies/small kids, I'm okay with that], though some of the women listed are moms/daughters. I'm not necessarily looking for it, but at the same time, if it's done tastefully, I don't mind children/babies fic.

First off, thank you for participating! This is my first year participating in this exchange. I look forward to receiving your creation with the giddy anticipation of a child waiting for Christmas morning.

Okay, so this show has absolutely become a huge fave of mine. It hits all of my buttons re: religious lore and such, plus it has that same kind of vibe as The X-Files and Poltergeist: the Legacy. All three of these characters fascinate me in their own right, so I am literally down for anything for them as long as it doesn't hit my DNWs. Case fic, slice of life, missing scenes. I'm honestly good with anything in this universe with any of the characters: crises of faith, slice of life, case-related, canon, canon divergent, AU. Probably the ONLY thing I'm not that interested in for this fandom is blatant relationship stuff that is non-canon compliant. I love this triad and I love how all three have each other's backs, no matter what, and that there is a kind of love and protectiveness between them that transcends everything. Literally anything. If you want to add in any of the other characters for flavor [Sheryl, the girls, Andy, Sister Andrea, etc], please feel free. I won't complain if you do. As the saying goes, it takes a village... LOL

A caveat here: I haven't yet finished S2 ~~because my soulsis is being slow on doing eps with me and I promised to only watch with her~~, but am trying to get my stupid self caught up. So if you do create something post-S2, just let me know in the A/N and I'll work on catching up before reveals anyway.

Something speculative for S2 or beyond ~~since I'm pretty sure S2 won't have started airing yet by the time reveals happen~~? There are so many small moments in canon that could be expanded upon with a h/c lens with the right twist. Feel free to explore...

Okay, I will admit that this pairing truly intrigued me when I saw it in the relationship options. I multiship Regina [romantically & platonically], so have some 'verses I write where Hope is her and Emma's daughter, not Killian's. If you want to go this route, that's absolutely fine with me. If not, I'm okay with her being Hope's godmother or just being the only adult around for the baby in whatever aftermath has befallen the baby [or child, if you wish to age up Hope]. Feel free to work in canon or post=canon as inspiration strikes you.

Regal Believer is one of my favorite ships from the series, hands down. I will happily take anything you come up with here: canon, pre-canon, post-canon, canon divergence, AU. And I don't care if Henry is a child or an adult. Given that Henry's died or nearly died so many times in canon, there are a multitude of options right there to work with alone. LOL And that's not even counting Regina learning how to be a mother to wee baby or toddler Henry. Please feel free to explore as you wish, and bring in the rest of the extended family if the mood strikes.

- September You know what? I'm really proud of the NYCMidnight Short Screenplay Challenge entry I wrote and submitted this month. It was a prequel to the one I wrote in August, which means I'll be moving on toward expanding them out into a potential feature length maybe. I'm looking forward to my feedback from the judges. Also? On the 27th of this month, I had the incredibly awesome honor of having my Intermediate Acting Class [taught by Sean Maguire] workshop my first short screenplay from August for the entirety of the class! It was so incredible! And Sean said that when I get the next draft done, we can workshop it again!
- October I am SO stoked that I got back into writing poetry in October! It wasn't much, but it's a start.
- November I am actually REALLY proud of the piece I wrote for the NYCMidnight 250 Word Microfiction Challenge 2022. I worked really hard on it, started with one version and wasn't really happy with it and, instead of editing that, I just started over with the same concept, but a different angle. The second angle was WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY better. Fingers are crossed it was good enough to move on to the next round.

Once Upon a Time in Wonderland (TV) [Jafar (Once Upon a Time), Jabberwocky (Once Upon a Time), Red Queen | Anastasia, Knave of Hearts | Will Scarlet ]
Okay, so these are four of my favorite characters from this series, ngl... I'm good for pretty much anything here. I do ship Jabberwocky/Red Queen, both romantically and platonically. I started shipping it when I wrote it for someone else, and it just kinda stuck. I love the idea of Anastasia working through her fears and her abuses to see Jabberwocky as a flawed being that might not be as black and white as one would assume. And I love redeeming flawed villains, so seeing Jabberwocky get that kind of thing would be fabulous! That said, I also absolutely adore Anastasia/Will, so I'm happy to get something for them, too. As for Jafar, please feel free to give me literally ANYTHING for him. I will soak it up like a sponge! Like what about something with him and Amara? Or his father? Or a past run-in with Cora, the Queen of Hearts? Literally anything. And if you're not into anything shippy for these characters, I'm down with character sketches, pre-canon, post-canon, missing scenes... Anything to learn more about these characters. This show did not get a fair shake and I miss it.
Practical Magic (1998) [Gillian Owens, Sally Owens, Frances Owens, Bridget "Jet" Owens]
I'm just going to be honest with you here. I'll take anything you want to give me for this fandom and these women. Make it an AU of the movie, or some kind of canon divergence. Tell me how Midnight Margaritas got started. Tell me about Jet and Franny's childhood. Or something about Maria before the curse. Or something with Kylie and Antonia. Seriously, whatever comes to mind for you, I'm game, as long as it's not incest.
The Prophecy (Movies) [Lucifer (The Prophecy), Gabriel (The Prophecy), Simon (The Prophecy), Thomas Daggett]
So I will admit that I giggled like a 4yo when I saw this option this year. I am a slobbering fan of the original movie. I've seen the sequels once, but I've lost track of how many times I've seen the original. I am here for anything about these four related to the original movie: pre-canon, missing scenes in the movie itself, post-canon related to the movie. If you want to include Katherine, Mary, Rachael, or Jerry? Feel free! I'm all for it!
Swingtown [Trina Decker, Tom Decker, Janet Thompson]
Anything with Trina is good with me. Seriously. LOL! I rarely ship het couples anymore, but I absolutely ADORE the relationship between Trina and Tom. Anything from their backstory or a post-series piece would be awesome. By the same token, I'd love to see a character development piece about Tom after the finale, dealing with the ramifications of Trina's pregnancy announcement. The friendship that ended up budding between Trina and Janet has always fascinated me. What would their friendship be like if Trina kept the baby? Or if she didn't? Literally anything for Trina is good with me. And speaking of Janet, how did her views of Tom and Trina's swinging lifestyle change as her friendship with Trina grew? Or did it even change? How did she reconcile that? And if you're down to write it, I'll take a triad piece for them, or something where Janet decides to give the "open relationship" thing a shot with Trina and/or Tom, just to see what it's like. How would that work out? Could the friendships still survive it?

Nothing OOC. That really, really throws me out of a story faster than anything but bad grammar/spelling. Seriously.
None of this "if they were in high school/college together"/written as kids stuff, UNLESS it actually happened in their canon. I HATE it.
Babies/children are a toss up. With the exception of Tom/Trina [if you go that route], none of my couple options have small children/babies [if they have kids in canon, and you want to use them as babies/small kids, I'm okay with that], though some of the women listed are moms/daughters. Your favorite goal worked on this month: I am actually pretty proud of myself for getting TWO entries submitted in back to back weekends for NYCMidnight this month. First was the Short Screenplay that I'm REALLY proud of and already working on expanding from 5 pages [contest requirement] into like a 15 page/15 min short to hopefully get filmed. And second was the Flash Fiction R2 entry that I'm also pretty proud of. I'm looking forward to my feedback from the judges for both to see where I can improve them, as the peer feedback for the short screenplay has been pretty good so far.

March: You know, being able to get involved in more NYCMidnight contests will always be a good thing for me. I'm not 100% happy with the screenplay I turned in, but I still turned it in and I'm anxiously awaiting the feedback, as I'm pretty sure I won't move on to the next round, but that's okay. I gave it a good shot and I'm still learning. It's not wasted money unless I don't turn in anything at all.
April: You know, being able to get involved in more NYCMidnight contests will always be a good thing for me. I'm kinda proud of the microfic I wrote. It's not my absolute best work, but I still really like it. I doubt I'll move on to the next round, but I'll keep learning from the feedback and the experiences...

Information and Inspiration

When we learn to attune ourselves to our inner compass, we follow a map that only we can see, our own path.

All the major spiritual traditions serve the purpose of offering us a roadmap to guide us on our individual journeys to enlightenment. These roadmaps are made up of moral codes, parables, and, in some cases, detailed descriptions of mystical states. We often study the fine points of a particular ascended master's narrative in order to better understand our own and to seek inspiration and guidance on our path. In the same way, when we plan a road trip, we carry maps and guidebooks in an effort to understand where we are going. In both cases, though, the journey has a life of its own and maps, while helpful, can only take us so far. There is just no comparison between looking at a line on a piece of paper and driving your own car down the road that line represents.

Some people seem well-suited to following maps, while others are always looking for new ways to get where they're going. In the end, the only reliable compass is within, as every great spiritual guide will tell you. The maps and travelogues left behind by others are great blessings, full of useful information and inspiration, but they cannot take the journey for us. When it is time to merge onto the highway or pull up anchor, we are ostensibly on our own. Strange weather patterns, closed roads, and traffic jams arise in the moment, out of nowhere, and our maps cannot tell us what to do. Whether we take refuge in a motel by the side of the road, persevere and continue forward, or turn back altogether is entirely up to us.

Maps are based on observations from the past and we are living in the present, so we are the only true experts on our journey to enlightenment. We may find that the road traveled by our predecessors is now closed. We may feel called to change direction entirely so that the maps we have been carrying really no longer apply. These are the moments when we learn to attune ourselves to our inner compass, following a map that only we can see, as we make our way into the unknown territory of our own enlightenment.

First off, thank you for playing this year! This is the ninth year that I've participated in purimgifts for sure. I don't think I've done it more than that. I look forward to receiving your stories and images with the giddy anticipation of a child waiting for Christmas morning.

While I know you will write what comes to you, and I sincerely hope you have fun writing the story, I just thought I'd mention a couple of things for you... I know these are purely optional, but I like to give options anyway...

Fandom-specific notes ::

Babylon 5 :: I am ALL about Susan Ivanova, preferably if she's with Talia. Really, that's all there is to it there...

Ultimately, I am a Susan/Talia shipper. If you're down for writing that, please do. I'd love to see anything in their storyline, even AUs where there is no Control, or Talia doesn't die when Control takes over, or Talia finds a way to defeat Control. Anything along those lines would be also be fascinating as a gen or character piece for Talia. And honestly, if you're willing to give it a shot, I'd be terribly intrigued by something focusing on the Control aspect of Talia Winters and how she deals with having to pretend to be Talia Winters to the "unwashed masses", as it were.

Delenn is also a fascinating character, one that I've grown to love with time. Anything about her would be fascinating.

CSI: Miami :: Calleigh/Natalia all the way. I can work with either one individually tho'.

Damien (TV) :: Okay, this show is going to be a serious long shot, but I had to request it anyway. I love this little show more than anything in life. Honestly, the whole cast was incredible, so I'd be happy with pretty much anything involving any of them. I would love anything with Ann Rutledge, either in connection with her daughter or Sister Greta in particular, but really with anyone in the cast. Given that it seemed rather canonical that Patrick Shay is Jewish, give me some domestic day in the life stuff for the Shay family, even background in how James and Patrick met and fell in love and dealt with their religious differences. Give me Ann and Damien fighting over what he's supposed to do and be as the Antichrist. Give me Ann and Sister Greta having an intense theological debate [like in the finale]. The only thing I ask is that there is no m/m sex, and no romance of any kind unless it was a canon couple [Damien/Kelly, Amani/Veronica, James/Patrick]. My only exception for non-canon romance/sex is if you want to write me some steamy Ann/Sr. Greta hate!sex. I'd be down for that.

Deryni Chronicles - Katherine Kurtz :: I'm good with ANYTHING in this universe. If you know it, and write it, I will love you forever. Personal favorites are Richenda, Rothana, Jehana, and Evaine.

Evil (TV 2019) :: Okay, so this show has absolutely become a huge fave of mine. It hits all of my buttons re: religious lore and such, plus it has that same kind of vibe as The X-Files and Poltergeist: the Legacy. I'm honestly good with anything in this universe with any of the characters: crises of faith, slice of life, case-related. Literally anything.

The Fosters (TV 2013) :: I would love something about Stef and Lena's relationship. I love how stable these two women are in their relationship. Really, any aspects of their relationship from first meeting to longtime married lovers is good with me, canon or otherwise. I don't care if it's pre-series, in canon, or post-series, or some sort of AU. Anything with them is good for me.

Gargoyles :: This is an old, old love of mine. Personal favorite characters are Demona/Dominique, Elisa, Fox, and Titania/Anastasia Renard. And again, as long as there's no incest, go for anything you want with the characters listed. I tend to ship Demona/Elisa, if you swing that way.

Ghostbusters (2016) :: Whatever you want to do with the four ladies from this movie is fine with me, as long as it doesn't it my DNWs. Ship as you will, or don't. I'm down for anything from character studies to a big old foursome orgy and everything in between.

Ancient Greek Religion & Lore :: Greek Mythology was either my first or second favorite "obsession" as a kid [all things Arthurian was the other]. I've always been fascinated with Athena, Hecate, the Oracle(s) at Delphi, and pretty much any of the sea gods/goddesses.

Harry's Law :: Another long shot series, but I'll give it a shot. I am so in love with Harry, it's not funny. And I love her with Jenna. I think there's more to Jenna than anyone's willing to see. I do like the other female characters on the show, too. Harry and Jenna are just my faves...

In Plain Sight (US TV) :: Really, as long as there's no incest involved, I'm good with pretty much anything here. I do love me some Mary/Eleanor, but will be just as happy to have gen pieces on any of the female characters, or some sort of family piece. I'm good with any of it.

תנ"ך | Tanakh, Megillat Ester | Book of Esther, תלמוד | Talmud, מדרש | Midrash :: I am truly down for anything here. Lilith, Eve, Ruth, and Esther are among my favorite women from the Jewish Scripture and Legends/Lore. But really? I have been fascinated by so much in Judaism, coming from a Lutheran background that shifted to something more in line with Gnosticism blended with Paganism [it's a long story], so I'm honestly down for anything here.

Mists of Avalon - Marion Zimmer Bradley :: I'm good with anything here. Personal faves are Morgaine, Viviane, and Raven, but I'm good with pretty much anything.

Moana :: Moana, Grandma Tala, Sina, Ocean, Te Fiti, Te Ka... I will happily take stories about any of these women in any combinations, provided there's no incest. Family history, connection to the deities, anything works.

NCIS:: Ziva David. Period. I can handle her with Abby or Gibbs romantically. Friendship fic for the team would also be wonderful! And Vance's wife has become very interesting to me, so if you're willing to play with fire and do something on her, I'd be all over that like white on rice.

Once Upon a Time :: I LOVE Regina the most, followed by Cora, Kathryn/Abigail, Ursula, Maleficent, Marian, Cruella, Ruby, Blue Fairy/Mother Superior, Alice, Zelena, Robyn [Zelena's daughter], and Emma, though the rest of the characters are interesting... If you're interested in femslash, my faves are Regina/Maleficent, Regina/Kathryn, Regina/Snow, Regina/Marian, Regina/Ruby, Regina/Emma/Ruby, Regina/Emma, Alice/Robyn, Ursula/Cruella, and Regina/Maleficent/Ursula/Cruella. As long as there's no incest, I'm probably good with it. And if you're interested in it, I'm also good with Regina/Daniel, Regina/Robin, Regina/Gold [especially their cursed Hyperion Heights selves], Regina/Facilier, Regina/Charming, and Regina/Charming/Snow. I'll take anything for any of these women that you're interested in writing.

Orange is the New Black :: I love this show! Red owns me, body and soul, with Suzanne a close second, but I like all of the girls. I'm not really much for Alex/Piper or Nicky/Morello. Any "day in the life" stories for these women before, during, or after Litchfield would be awesome.

Poltergeist: the Legacy :: I really don't expect to get this fandom, but I always ask in the hope that my author will be someone who knows the show or is willing to take a risk with my #1 favorite. I'm all over Alex and Rachel, either individually or as a couple. I would even be happy with pre-series Julia fic or stories with Derek's sister, Ingrid.

Practical Magic (1998) :: As long as it's not incest, I'm good for ANYTHING from this movie. I love all of the characters...

Princess and the Frog (2009) :: I like all of the characters, but Mama Odie is my absolute, hands down favorite. I'm pretty good for anything here...

Private Practice :: Honestly? I'm good with ANYTHING and ANYONE on this show. Addison in a femslashy situation would be icing on the cake... And surprisingly enough, I'm really getting into Charlotte as a character; she's just so damned complex and fascinating. Charlotte/Amelia is an intriguing couple, to say the least... My least favorite regular character is Violet, but she's kind of starting to grow on me with the Addison friendship thing.

Star Trek: The Next Generation :: Deanna, Beverly, and Lwaxana are my top three favorites, pretty much in that order. I'd love Deanna/Beverly, of course. I'd be happy with well done Troi/Riker or Troi/Crusher/Riker. And any kind of Lwaxana character piece would be wonderful. Same goes for Guinan.

Swingtown :: I love this show beyond belief. I am there for Trina. I'll take anything with her: Trina/Tom, Trina/Janet, Trina/Susan, Trina/Tom/Janet, Trina/Susan/Janet, etc. How did Trina fall into the swinger lifestyle? What was she like before she met Tom? What happens after the series ended? Anything is good here.

Tarot (Divination Cards) :: I'm not really sure what to request here, but I love working with the tarot, so anything you come up with will be awesome. Have fun with it!

The Wicked Years Series - Gregory Maguire :: Glinda background, Elphaba background, couple background/current/future. That's all good with me. Also anything about Rain and/or Tip/Ozma would be phenomenal! I must admit, I'd be thrilled with some sort of character piece on Nessarose... Witches of East End (TV) :: I am still bitter about this show being cancelled. I adore all four of the Beauchamp women. I'm good all around here, canon or AU, pre-series, post-series, as long as it's not the book series.

Wonder Woman (Movies - Jenkins) :: Give me anything on Diana, Hippolyta, Antiope, the Amazons, Etta Candy, or Barbara. I loved all of these characters. Backstory/pre-canon, canon, post-canon, AU, I love all of it with these characters. As for Diana and Barbara, I'm good with friends, enemies, frenemies, lovers, any combination of the above. And I am okay with Diana/Steve, too.

Basic notes ::

Nothing OOC. That really, really throws me out of a story faster than anything but bad grammar/spelling. Seriously.

None of this "if they were in high school/college together"/written as kids stuff, UNLESS it actually happened in their canon [only Wicked & Ghostbusters really apply here]. I HATE it.

Babies/children are a toss up. With the exception of Tom/Trina [if you go that route], none of my couple options have small children/babies [if they have kids in canon, and you want to use them as babies/small kids, I'm okay with that], though some of the women listed are moms/daughters. I'm not necessarily looking for it, but at the same time, if it's done tastefully, I don't mind children/babies fic.

Big No-No Plots :: high school/college AUs ; non-con/dub-con ; song!fic ; OOC ; easy answers ; bodily fluid kink ; gratuitous violence ; gratuitous angst for the sake of angst ; incest ; no tentacle porn (unless it's related to CANON Ursula in Once Upon a Time) ; no body horror

While I know you will write what comes to you, and I sincerely hope you have fun writing the story, I just thought I'd mention a couple of things for you... I know these are purely optional, but I like to give options anyway...

Fandom-specific notes ::

Babylon 5 :: [Delenn & Susan Ivanova, John Sheridan & Susan Ivanova]
So I love Susan Ivanova, ngl... While I started out as a Susan/Talia shipper, I slowly fell in love with the idea of Delenn/Susan. Granted, I have no romantic ships listed here, but I'm willing to allow them if you want to go there. And given these characters, I'll even allow for a triad [because I find that concept fascinating].

Delenn & Susan: This is one of those relationships where I can see Susan learning to give up her rigid "trust no one" stance to this woman who confounds and intrigues her. I'm legit down for anything here, as there are so many possibilities. This is the woman that Susan first admitted that she had feelings for Talia. That level of trust is important, and I'd love to see how that could play out to change their relationship.

John & Susan: Listen, these two are some of my favorite characters on the show. I absolutely adored this friendship and working relationship, especially when the line between the two would blur. I would love to see something along those lines.

Evil (TV 2019) :: [David Acosta & Kristen Bouchard & Ben Shakir & Karima Shakir, David Acosta & Kristen Bouchard & Ben Shakir, Ben Shakir & Karima Shakir]
So this series has absolutely taken over my brain, ngl... I love everything about it. All four of these characters fascinate me in their own right, so I am literally down for anything for them as long as it doesn't hit my DNWs. Case fic, slice of life, missing scenes. What about something from Ben and Karima's childhood, for example?

Gargoyles :: [David Xanatos/Janine "Fox" Xanatos, Elisa Maza/Goliath, David Xanatos/Janine "Fox" Xanatos & Owen Burnett | Puck, Broadway & Brooklyn & Lexington]
Listen, this is a longtime love of a show for me. I love Elisa and Demona the best, but there are very few characters in the whole show I hate, tbh... I'm down for anything for any of these ships as long as it doesn't hit any of my DNWs.

Once Upon a Time :: [Baelfire | Neal Cassidy/Emma Swan, Evil Queen | Regina Mills/Robin Hood]
So I have this weakness for flawed people who find their happiness and inner strength. All four of these characters actually fit that weakness of mine in their own ways.

Neal/Emma: This is the first time I'm requesting this pairing. I've always kind of low-key shipped it, just never requested it before for various reasons. I'm good with canon, pre-canon, post-canon, AU, slice of life ...anything you want, as long as it doesn't hit my DNWs.

Regina/Robin: I am a dyed in the wool OQer, so I am good for pretty much anything here. I love it all.

Once Upon a Time in Wonderland :: [Jabberwocky/Red Queen | Anastasia]
This has become a new ship for me, both romantically and platonically. I started shipping it when I wrote it for someone else, and it just kinda stuck. I love the idea of Anastasia working through her fears and her abuses to see Jabberwocky as a flawed being that might not be as black and white as one would assume. And I love redeeming flawed villains, so seeing Jabberwocky get that kind of thing would be fabulous!

Star Trek: The Next Generation :: [Beverly Crusher/William Riker/Deanna Troi, Beverly Crusher/Deanna Troi, Beverly Crusher & Deanna Troi]
Anything you want here is good: Canon, AU, pre-canon, post-canon. I guess you could say I have a bit of a type here. I love all three of these characters in any kind of combination, so canon, pre-canon, post-canon, AU. I'm down for all of it, as long as it doesn't hit my DNWs.

Stigmata (1999) :: [Andrew Kiernan/Frankie Paige]
Okay, so this is a new request for me. I'm honestly curious as hell about it, as I hadn't really realized I'd been low-key shipping it all these years until very recently. I love the idea of dealing with a crisis of faith, and this ship really seems like they'd be neck deep in one.

There is freedom that comes with awareness, because with it comes the opportunity to make a choice.

Life is a journey comprised of many steps on our personal path that takes us down a winding road of constant evolution. And each day, we are provided with a myriad of opportunities that can allow us to transform into our next best selves. One moment we are presented with an opportunity to react differently when yet another someone in our life rubs us the wrong way; on another day we may find ourselves wanting to walk away from a particular circumstance but are not sure if we can. Eventually, we may find ourselves stuck in a rut that we can never seem to get out of. We may even make the same choices over and over again because we don't know how to choose otherwise. Rather than moving us forward, our personal paths may take us in a seemingly never-ending circle where our actions and choices lead us nowhere but to where we've already been. It is during these moments that awareness can be the first step to change.

Awareness is when we are able to realize what we are doing. We observe ourselves, noticing our reactions, actions, and choices as if we were a detached viewer. Awareness is the first step to change because we can't make a change unless we are aware that one needs to be made in the first place. We can then begin understanding why we are doing what we are doing. Afterward, it becomes difficult not to change because we are no longer asleep to the truth behind our behaviors. We also begin to realize that, just as much as we are the root source behind the causes for our behaviors, we are also the originator for any changes that we want to happen.

There is a freedom that comes with awareness. Rather than thinking that we are stuck in a repetitive cycle where there is no escape, we begin to see that we very much play a hand in creating our lives. Whether we are aware of them or not, our behaviors and choices are always ours to make. Our past and our present no longer have to dictate our future when we choose to be aware. We are then free to move beyond our old limits, make new choices, and take new actions. With awareness, our paths can't help but wind us forward in our lives while paving the way for new experiences and new ways of being. It is through awareness that we can continue to consciously evolve.

Each morning when we awake, we have an opportunity to create our day with what inspires us the most.

The moment during the day when we very first open our eyes and come into consciousness is a precious opportunity. It sets the tone for all that comes after it, like the opening scene in a film or novel. At this moment, our ability to create the day is at its most powerful, and we can offer ourselves fully to the creative process by filling this moment with whatever inspires us most. It may be that we want to be more generous, or it may be that we want to be more open to beauty in our daily lives. Whatever the case, if we bring this vision into our minds at this very fertile moment, we empower it to be the guiding principle of our day.

Sometimes we wake up with a mood already seemingly in place, and it's important to give this feeling its due. It can inform us and deepen our awareness to what's going on inside us, as well as around us. As long as we are conscious, we can honor this feeling and also introduce our new affirmation or vision, our conscious offering to the day. We may want to decide before we go to sleep what we want to bring to the next day of our lives. It could be that we simply want to be more open to whatever comes our way. Or we may want to summon a particular quality such as confidence. Then again, we may simply call up a feeling that perfectly captures the texture we want our day to have.

We can reaffirm our vision or affirmation as we shower and eat breakfast, as well as recalling it at various times throughout the day. We can write it down and carry it with us on a little slip of paper if this helps. Simply by being aware of those first moments, we set the stage for a more conscious, enlivened experience, and we become active participants in the creation of our lives.
