Business idea essence:
Heleonic is a startup focused on developing advanced solutions for building growing systems. These products are gaining momentum worldwide, allowing for year-round cultivation of any plants without relying on solar energy. The systems have a wide range of applications, capable of growing everything from tomatoes and strawberries to cannabis.

The company's first product is the LQ1 water-cooled lamp, which features exceptional technical specifications and a complex design. This project embodies our approach to building digital marketing tools and launching a business from scratch. We joined the project as partners at an early stage, starting with the design of the product itself and defining the target markets. Let's go through everything step by step.

Marketing Consulting:
The foundational stage involves strategically positioning the new product within the competitive market. While advanced technology is a significant advantage, however it does not ensure market success alone. Identifying and understanding the target audience and the specific niche the product will occupy is essential. Our market research shows a saturation of low and middle-quality products from cheap manufacturers. This challenged us to articulate and communicate the unique value proposition to the potential target audience, justifying the investment in our solution over existing alternatives.

Our strategy is centered on targeting a segment of dedicated enthusiasts who prioritize achieving optimal results and are willing to allocate additional resources for superior performance. This demographic represents the core of our target audience, and all strategic decisions are meticulously tailored to align with this ideal customer profile.

Connection scheme

Product design and R&D:
In our product development process, we crafted design concepts that seamlessly integrate engineering functionality with visual appeal. Understanding that hardware products are frequently judged on aesthetics, we prioritized creating a design that captivates and engages. To achieve this, we incorporated aesthetic considerations into our evaluation criteria and developed detailed 3D models to communicate our design vision effectively.

Naming process:
The scope and ambition of the project define the complexity of naming. Creating a potentially global brand imposes numerous formal requirements across various dimensions: uniqueness, phonetics, and resonance, availability of a domain, high graphic potential, among others. A good indicator of success is when the name meets at least most of these requirements. The naming of HELEONIC fulfills all these criteria.

The name is phonetically reminiscent of "Helios" (Greek for "sun"), making it memorable and pleasant-sounding. The meaning and associations of the word align with the target audience's expectations and are closely related to the theme of growing systems. We are the only ONE in Google search results and the Trademark registry, significantly simplifying brand name search and promotion. Additionally, we secured the domain: heleonic.com.

Logo, Visual Identity, Packaging, Photography:
Our visual identity is rooted in technical elements, creating a cohesive design throughout. The simplified logo not only reflects a schematic identity but also mimics the shape and silhouette of the product itself, creating a visual rhyme with it. This design allows for easy implementation in production and support. Our approach includes photography on a black background and minimalistic packaging, focusing on functionality first. Despite their simplicity, these elements remain visually appealing.

Storytelling, Copywriting:
Stories bring all the pieces together and make them unforgettable. We helped shape the main ideas, the tone, and the focus of the communication. We call this approach "Inspired Technologism," a style that speaks to our audience and captures their imagination.

Web Design, Web Development, 3D, Motion Design:
Complicated hardware products are challenging to present effectively. We need to showcase the product's intricate details while educating viewers about the industry. Since our tech solutions set us apart from competitors, we chose to focus on a professional audience and highlight our technological advantages. The entire concept revolves around presenting the technical side of the product. Our 3D models illustrate everything, including internal parts and how they function, showcasing their beauty both inside and out.

SMM, Promotion:
The final stage of the project involved launching social media channels and promoting the brand on Google and Facebook/Instagram. We developed a visual style, conducted additional photography, set up targeted ads, and managed Google Ads.
