With only five notes available, you are encouraged to prioritize your pieces of information and keep your notes clean.
Dropping text on a dot
Simply drag some text on a dot to add it to a note. You don't even need to show FiveNotes first: just drag something to FiveNotes menubar icon.
FiveNotes float over other apps
The app can float over other windows: just click a pin button in the top right. You can also resize the window and move it anywhere on your screen.
Showing near the mouse cursor
Just enable Show at mouse location in Settings and your notes will always show exactly where you need them.

Is FiveNotes safe to use?
Yes. FiveNotes is private by design. We do not collect, use, store, or have access to your notes or any content created in the app.
Your notes are stored locally on your device and synchronized through your private iCloud account managed by Apple. We cannot view, read, or analyze your content.

Do you collect personal data or usage analytics?
No. FiveNotes does not collect personal data, usage statistics, analytics, or telemetry. We do not track how you use the app and we do not store any information about your activity.
If you purchase FiveNotes via the Mac App Store, we do not receive your personal data. If you purchase via our website, Paddle.com processes the order and shares the information necessary to fulfill your purchase with us.

Is this some kind of Tot clone?
No, not at all. In fact, FiveNotes was first and recently we've released a big upgrade.

One-time payment or subscription?
One‐time payment. Free updates within the current major version. Future major upgrades are paid separately.

Does one-time payment apply to FiveNotes 3 only?
Yes, one-time payment means that you pay for FiveNotes 3 and you get all the minor (3.x) updates for free. FiveNotes 4 will be a paid upgrade.

Yes, simply click download and you'll be able to test the app for 30 days.
