Completing the form

The online application form can be completed by an investor or an adviser on their behalf. It is permitted for an employee of an adviser to complete the form on behalf the adviser provided they have the authority to do so. You will need access to the adviser's preferred email address in order to complete the form.

Submitting the form

Completed applications can be digitally submitted or printed for physical signature. If being submitted by an adviser, the completed form can be submitted to the investor for them to digitally submit as well.

Personal Data

If an application has not been completed or actioned within 30 days, any personal information submitted will be deleted.
