How to use Mac Virtual Display
While wearing Apple Vision Pro, open Control Center in visionOS, tap Mac Virtual Display, then choose your Mac. If you’re using a MacBook, it’s even easier: Look at your active MacBook screen, then tap the Connect button that appears above the display. (macOS 14.0 or later required.)
To resize your Mac screen after connecting, tap Mac Virtual Display, then choose Standard, Wide, or Ultrawide.
Once you’re connected, you can use your trackpad or mouse to interact with both your Mac and Apple Vision Pro.
