Mac users finally are noticed

As a Mac user I have searched high and low for a good take-off software. We were using Blue Beam for years until the sunsetted the product. We came across PlanForm and while in the beginning it was less robust as we were used to the developers are constantly adding functionality. I have submitted a few requests and they always answer with in 24 hours. I am always happy to grow with a new company as long as they do not slow my business down, these guys have met and exceeded that goal!!
A mistake to purchase

I downloaded this to measure and markup a simple little survey of a platted parcel of land and place rectangles and whatnot on it for a general idea of a site plan. Well, this tool measures well, but markup is totally insufficient. You can place lines and rectangles and circles but with no measurement so you have no idea the size of your objects, worse, you can’t even rotate them. Except for measuring, it has 30% the functionality of Apple’s Preview. And worse yet, you get the measurement function for free, but you have to pay for the ability to insert simple circles, rectangles and lines, but you have no idea how limited and inappropriate that tool is until after you buy. I really want my money back. I feel like this is a scam. Very expensive to be able to insert a couple (like 4 different shapes) shapes without any adjustment or measurement of them, and you don’t know how bad the feature is until you have paid.

Finally! As an construction engineer using Mac, this is the solution I've needed. Native macOS performance with precise measurement tools, smooth markup - all while handling PDF Drawings perfectly. Although the ui is quite simple and windows-like, it is quite intuitive!A game-changer for Mac-based engineering teams!

Can't use key features without paying. No Trial.

I wanted to try this program but there seems to be no demo to even make sure it would work for my needs without paying a high fee. Can't even scale a page without paying, making it basically a useless program unless you pay for it. So you have to pay at least $12 just to try it for 5 minutes if you want to see if it's usefull to you. Because of lack of trial, it feels like the developer has no faith in the product.
