I have not tried many similar programs. But, I am very pleased this program. I am still in my trial. But so far the program delivers an accurate recording of meetings and transcriptions. I do wish that there were a way to assign names to the conversations in the transcriptions. I asked customer service about that, but I don’t believe I’ve received a reply, all in all this is a program that you really need to give you a trial run and I think you’ll be happy with it

Fantastic GenAI tool

I have used a lot of GenAI tools. I haven’t found many that can summarize conversations well. Stenote does a great job summarizing and capturing conversations. The developer is extremely responsive and helpful if you have feedback or run into issues. As an app I would give it 4 stars for its overall functionality however I give it 5 stars because it’s not often you see good customer service with paid apps.

I appreciate that the developer has not stopped improving the transcription and improving the notes that it takes. I started a new job and used it for many meetings to sort through the banter to just the nuggets I needed to understand. Highly recommended application and service. I’m thrilled.
