If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the Application.<\/p>\n\n  <h2><span class=\"section-number\">1.<\/span> Grant of License<\/h2>\n  <p>The Licensor grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.<\/p>\n\n  <h2><span class=\"section-number\">2.<\/span> Restrictions<\/h2>\n  <p>You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:<\/p>\n  <ul>\n    <li>License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the Application.<\/li>\n    <li>Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the Application.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <h2><span class=\"section-number\">3.<\/span> Intellectual Property<\/h2>\n  <p>All rights, title, and interest in and to the Application (including but not limited to any images, text, and code) are owned by the Licensor.<\/p>\n\n  <h2><span class=\"section-number\">4.<\/span> Termination<\/h2>\n  <p>This EULA is effective until terminated by you or the Licensor. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice from the Licensor if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this EULA.<\/p>\n\n  <h2><span class=\"section-number\">5.<\/span> Support and Warranty Disclaimer<\/h2>\n  <p>The Application is provided without technical support, professional services, or warranties of any kind. The Licensor has no obligation to provide support, maintenance, updates, or modifications regardless of use case or user type.<\/p>\n  <p>The Application is provided to you \"AS IS\" and \"AS AVAILABLE\" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. The Licensor expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.<\/p>\n\n  <h2><span class=\"section-number\">6.<\/span> Limitation of Liability<\/h2>\n  <p>To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Licensor be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages whatsoever arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Application.<\/p>\n\n  <h2><span class=\"section-number\">7.<\/span> Analytics and Usage Data<\/h2>\n  <p>The Application collects anonymous usage analytics to help improve the product. This data is collected via PostHog and includes information such as which features are used, how often the Application is opened, and general usage patterns.<\/p>\n  <p>No personally identifiable information is collected. The data cannot be used to identify you as an individual. Analytics data is associated with a random anonymous identifier generated on first launch and reset if the Application is reinstalled.<\/p>\n  <p>Users who activate a free trial are additionally associated with an anonymous trial session identifier derived from their device. This identifier is not linked to any name, email address, or other personal information.<\/p>\n\n  <h2><span class=\"section-number\">8.<\/span> AI Features<\/h2>\n  <p>The Application includes an AI-powered grid rearrangement feature. When you use this feature:<\/p>\n  <ul>\n    <li>Your natural language instruction and app grid layout (application names and positions) are transmitted to our servers and forwarded to OpenAI for processing.<\/li>\n    <li>Your device fingerprint and license key are included in the request for authentication and abuse prevention purposes.<\/li>\n    <li>By using the AI feature, you consent to this data being transmitted and processed as described above and in our Privacy Policy.<\/li>\n    <li>You agree not to submit any sensitive or personal information as part of your AI instructions.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n  <p>The AI feature is provided on an \"as is\" basis. Generated results may be imperfect and are applied at your own discretion.
