Property values are current as of March, changes made after will not be processed until April, at the conclusion of the annual assessment cycle. Current values should be verified with the assessor in the local city or township .

Search Tips

  • Parcel number searches must be exact. If you are not sure of the parcel number, it is best to use the address search.
  • Avoid the use of punctuation, such as periods and commas.
  • If your street has a direction prefix (N, S, E, W, etc.) include it before the street name (ex. E Beltline). If no result is found, try excluding it.
  • It is recommended that you exclude any descriptors such as court, avenue, street, etc.
  • It is recommended that you exclude direction suffix such as NE, NW, SW, SE.
  • For numeric streets, try numeric & alpha versions (ex. 1st & First St).
