Doesn't work at all. With a dual sim it's recommended to use slot 1, but the app keep saying that it can't find the card and asks to reboot the phone, and still doesn't work. On slot 2, it just doesn't download the profile... I don't understand why even bother to check if your phone is compatible before buying the card if it's this unreliable.

New review: It's all good when it works. If you have _any_ kind of problem, you are on your own, as customer service is non-existing. eSIM.me was the only option when I bought it, but now I would get one of the cheaper alternatives. Old review: It's good to have the power of eSIMs with any phone, especially when traveling; you can get a local eSIM at a fraction of the cost of roaming. The application crashes occasionally, but give that you don't have to fiddle it a lot it's not a big problem.

I am the owner of the v1 version. It worked well from the beginning, but since the Android update a year ago, esim.me card is not recognized anymore once the sim-slot is turned off(and later on) while esim expires. It takes a lot of ingenuity, good nerves and some luck to get esimme card recognized again without performing factory reset as recommended by the company. I asked for upgrade to v2 esim-card twice, but no reaponse at all! update:you would remember?check my ticket #3158 (2/6/25)
