OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE 2 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.
