I visited in Germany for a week and used this app to go around the city (and also from the airport). I really loved it that the pricing is per km and not per min like other apps that I know, so the whole experience is not stressful and you know in advance about how much you'll pay. The customer service answered fast and positively, and even the AI chat helped me to solve some technical issues. In general very good experience!

Very good app but the camera is not working after v4.27, I had to downgrade it to have a working camera to report damages. - My phone is S24 ultra in case this helps - I would be happy to give 5 stars once this is fixed. update: it's been almost 2 years and sadly the camera is still not working properly during night when you need to use the flash, the flag comes delayed after capturing the picture... tested in multiple phones...

1. Camera to report damage does not work in the dark, flash doesn't work properly... 2. Scratches are difficult to spot on dark cars at night, wish the cars had a lighter color 3. Bookings for 1 or 2 hours are not offered, which is where competition has an edge 4. Teslas have what I would describe as software glitches where they ask for a pin to drive or to get out of valet mode, would not suggest driving Teslas, because sometimes even the hotline cannot help
