This app is great with travel. However, I used the 7 day trial and I was debited for an annual plan. It won't let me cancel the subscription and give me a refund. I'd only go long distances/travel with my EV once a year so annual premium subscription doesn't make sense for me

So far this has proved to be the best option to have on your phone to access public charge points from a large selection of networks and giving you one of the lowest cost per kw charge rates available at this moment in time. These rates need to be halved before EV's will become a viable option for the majority of the public. At their present level they make an EV ludicrously more expensive to run than their petrol/ diesel counterparts.

The subscription service promises a 5% discount, however I was unable to find a charger that Zapmap had negotiated a discount on. I requested a refund and instead my account was cancelled and then I was referred to Google and so far I have not been able to get any refund. I am not sure what this app offers that my own car's navigation system doesn't already offer, namely identify chargers on the satnav map.

As your subscription was via Google Play, refunds must be requested through Google Play. We only delete accounts at the account holder’s request.
