Jacob Daniel, PhD
FOUNDING DIRECTOR
Heritage Counsel
Dr. Jacob Daniel is a Christian apologist, cultural analyst, and speaker addressing issues at the intersection of faith, culture, and worldview. He is the founder of Heritage Counsel, a missionary initiative dedicated to advancing the transforming truth of the Christian faith and promoting its excellence in public life.
Dr. Daniel received his pre-doctoral education in India and later pursued advanced studies in International Development at the University of Manchester (UK). During this time, he sensed God’s call to ministry in evangelism and teaching, which led him to study theology at the University of Oxford. He holds a Ph.D. in Intercultural Studies from Biola University.
His work focuses on the intersections of theology, philosophy, and ethics, engaging contemporary cultural challenges and presenting a thoughtful and reasoned Christian response to modern issues. Through teaching, writing, and public engagement, he seeks to prepare the hearts and minds of believers to cultivate a robust biblical framework for cultural engagement through careful cultural exegesis and strategic involvement.
Dr. Daniel has contributed to the broader apologetics community through lectures, public discussions, and academic forums, articulating the intellectual coherence of the Christian worldview as a foundation for truth, justice, and cultural reformation. He also serves on advisory boards of several ministries addressing cultural issues in the West.
