Policy

Academic Programs International, LLC (“API”)  utilizes artificial intelligence–enabled tools, features, or systems (“AI Tools”) as part of our platform and services. “AI Content” means any information, responses, materials, or outputs generated, in whole or in part, by artificial intelligence. AI Tools are provided solely as a supplemental resource and are subject to the terms and limitations set forth in this AI Policy.  

Informational Purposes Only

AI Content is provided for general informational purposes only. AI Content may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or outdated. API makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, applicability, or timeliness of any AI Content. 

No Professional, Legal, or Emergency Advice

AI Tools do not provide legal, medical, mental health, immigration, academic, safety, or other professional advice, and AI Content shall not be relied upon as such. AI Tools are not intended for use in emergency situations. In the event of an emergency or urgent matter, users must contact appropriate local emergency services, on-site staff, or relevant authorities immediately.

Not a Substitute for Individual Judgment

AI Tools are not a substitute for individualized guidance, official API communications, professional consultation, or independent judgment. Users acknowledge and agree that they are solely responsible for evaluating and verifying any AI Content before acting upon it.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, API disclaims all liability arising from or related to the use of, reliance upon, or inability to use AI Tools or AI Content, including any errors, omissions, or outcomes resulting therefrom.

Modification or Discontinuation

API reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or discontinue ai tools or ai content at any time, with or without notice. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any such modifications.
