Membership Terms and Conditions for APES Members Area

Welcome to the Association of Protecting Exotic Species (APES) Members Area at www.apesmembers.me.uk . By purchasing a membership plan and accessing our Members Area, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Membership Eligibility

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to become a member.
Eligibility: Membership is open to individuals who support APES's mission to protect exotic species and are willing to adhere to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Account Registration

Sole Use: Accounts for the APES Members Area are exclusively for the purchaser of the membership plan.
Non-Transferable: Membership accounts are non-transferable. Sharing your account credentials with others is strictly prohibited.
Non-Refundable: All membership fees are non-refundable, except as required by law or as expressly stated in these Terms.

3. Membership Benefits

As an APES member, you are entitled to the following benefits:

Exclusive Updates: Receive first notifications of news, updates, and important announcements related to APES and its initiatives.
Access to Resources: Gain exclusive links to tools, resources, and materials designed to support your involvement and enhance your experience.
Community Access: Engage with a community of like-minded individuals passionate about the conservation of exotic species.

4. Pet Care Plan Bronze

Complimentary Access: As a token of our appreciation for joining, each membership includes access to one Pet Care Plan Bronze.
Validity: This Pet Care Plan is valid only while your membership remains active.
APES Pet Care Clinic: The Pet Care Plan Bronze is provided in collaboration with the APES Pet Care Clinic . Details and benefits of the plan can be found on their website.
Non-Transferable: The Pet Care Plan Bronze is non-transferable and intended solely for the member's personal use.

5. Membership Activation and Maintenance

Review Process: Upon purchasing a membership, your application will undergo a review process to ensure eligibility and adherence to these Terms.
Activation: Once approved, your membership will be activated, and you will receive a confirmation email with details on accessing the Members Area.
Renewal: Memberships are subject to automatic renewal unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. Renewal terms and fees will be communicated in advance.

6. Termination of Membership

APES reserves the right to terminate or suspend your membership at its discretion under the following conditions:

Violation of Terms: Breach of any of these Terms and Conditions.
Non-Payment: Failure to pay the membership fees on time.
Misuse of Account: Unauthorised sharing or misuse of your account credentials.

Upon termination, all access to member benefits, including the Pet Care Plan Bronze, will cease immediately. Membership fees are non-refundable, and APES is not liable for any losses incurred due to termination.

7. Modifications to Terms

APES reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or through the Members Area. Continued use of the Members Area after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Support and Inquiries

For any questions, concerns, or assistance regarding your membership, please visit our Help Center and submit a support ticket. Our team is dedicated to providing you with the necessary support to enhance your membership experience.

9. Limitation of Liability

APES is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Members Area or reliance on the provided resources and tools.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United Kingdom.
