Userpic & Keywords

As this is a brand new community, we need a userpic for this Community.
I tried creating one from the default Apache logo, but it came out badly. Anyone willing to have a go with the userpic? It needs to be up to 100x100 and is in JPG, GIF or PNG format.

At the moment, I have set the keywords for this community as below:
*bsd, apache, bsd, daemon, debian, freebsd, httpd, linux, mail, mod_perl, open, openbsd, perl, php, programming, redhat, security, server, shell, source, tomcat, unix, virtual hosting, web, webpage, website, win32, windows
Can anyone suggest more keywords to be added?
