The objective of the “Fidal Antitrust Alert” application is to enable key people in companies and professional federations to respond to critical situations their organization may face involving antitrust law and procedures. The application contains two main parts: Antitrust inspections: the company or federation is the subject of a “dawn raid” by antitrust authorities. The application offers emergency response guidance on what to do and how to respond to the authority conducting the inspection. It allows you to contact a Fidal lawyer who has been specially trained on these procedures and who is close to the site under inspection. Day-to-day antitrust compliance: this part of the application enables key persons in a company or federation to have initial advice at their disposal when faced with situations that present an antitrust risk. The application also sets out the main French and European antitrust rules.
