finally volume 24 has been released

I'm sorry that this took such of long time, I was very busy with lot of things, but finally we get an update.

Hopefully volume 25 won't take that long, we are busy with the translation check.
Typesetting has been completed already!~~

volume 26 is going good too, typesetting is done.. but first we gonna work on to make volume 25 done!~~
