Please contact us at <a href=\"mailto:Anne@AnneReith.com\">Anne@AnneReith.com<\/a> or (714) 599-0017 to find out if room is available.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Payment Options<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>IMPART uses PayPal as our method of invoicing or for processing payments made with a credit card provided over the phone.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payment through the website is NOT available.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Refund Policy<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>No refunds are permitted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tuition cannot typically be rolled over or transferred to another class or date.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><a name=\"regandrefundpoliciesregardwrkshps\"><\/a><\/strong>Astrology courses and weekend workshops registration, roll overs, and refund policies<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tuition<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tuition varies by course\/workshop.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em><strong>NOTE: Please refer to website page describing each course\/workshop.&nbsp; Click here for a link to the page listing all <a href=\"https:\/\/annereith.com\/classes\/all-classes-a-z\/\" title=\"\">IMPART Classes A-Z<\/a>.<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Registration<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Preregistration is required for all IMPART astrology courses and weekend workshops.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please contact us at <a href=\"mailto:Anne@AnneReith.com\">Anne@AnneReith.com<\/a> or call (714) 599-0017.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Refund Policy<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"tadv-format-panel\">We realize that circumstances beyond your control or personal choice may result in your desire to withdraw from a course\/workshop for which you have previously registered.&nbsp; If tuition was received in advance of the course\/workshop, then:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>For a multipart course, your request for a refund must be received by email or phone by the<span class=\"tadv-format-panel\"> first date of the multipart course. <\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span class=\"tadv-format-panel\">For a 1-time workshop, your request for a refund must be received by email or phone at least three weeks (21 days) prior to the workshop <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Refunds Through PayPal<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>IMPART uses PayPal as our method of invoicing or for processing payments made with a credit card provided over the phone.\u00a0 If your method of payment was PayPal and a refund is approved, then the refunded amount will consist of the total that was charged minus the PayPal merchant fees.\u00a0 Also, an administrative fee <strong><em>may <\/em><\/strong>be charged for certain courses\/workshops.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b><strong>Roll Over Policy<\/strong><\/b><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>No refunds are typically approved less than three weeks (21 days) before the start of a course\/workshop. &nbsp;However, if verifiable extenuating circumstances exist, then a 1-time exception may be approved. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If an exception is granted, the following policies will be in effect:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The student&#8217;s tuition for the course\/workshop will be &#8220;rolled over&#8221; to the same course\/workshop on a later date. &nbsp;The student\u2019s tuition cannot be used to pay for Anne&#8217;s services, IMPART products, or a different class, workshop, or course.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the tuition rate has increased for the course\/workshop since the time that the roll over was approved, then the student agrees to pay the difference.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once the same course\/workshop is scheduled on a date acceptable to the student, then the student will need to confirm in writing their intent to take the new course\/workshop.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once confirmation is received in writing, then any request to withdraw from the new course\/workshop must be received at least 21 days in advance of the new course\/workshop. If received 21 days or more in advance, then the tuition will be rolled over 1 more time to the same course\/workshop on a later date. &nbsp;A refund will not be granted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If a request to withdraw from the new course\/workshop is received less than 21 days in advance, then the option to roll over the tuition will not be granted again and the student will forfeit their tuition.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the student has been approved for a second roll over of their tuition and the student requests in writing to withdraw from the course\/workshop, then the tuition is forfeited regardless of how far in advance the withdrawal request is received.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b><strong>Exceptions to Roll Over Policy<\/strong><\/b><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A roll over of tuition will <strong><em>not<\/em><\/strong> be automatically approved if (a) a student cancels less than 7 days in advance of the course\/workshop, (b) the student is enrolled in a course\/workshop that is sold out, and (c) IMPART is unable to find someone to fill the seat in the course\/workshop. &nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At her discretion, Anne may choose to no longer teach a course\/workshop that is currently being offered through IMPART. &nbsp;If this happens and a student has been previously approved for a roll over of their tuition for a discontinued course\/workshop, then the student can apply the tuition to either (a) another course\/workshop currently being offered through IMPART or (b) if available, the online equivalent of the course\/workshop (i.e., downloadable eBook &amp; video). &nbsp;If the student cannot find an acceptable alternative course\/workshop or isn\u2019t interested in the online version of the course\/workshop, then the student will forfeit their roll over tuition. &nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"policiesregardingimpartpaymentplans\">Astrology courses and weekend workshops payment plan policies<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Payment plans are offered for certain course\/workshops.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>NOTE: Please refer to website page describing each course\/workshop to see if a payment plan is offered.&nbsp; Click here for a link to the page listing all <a href=\"https:\/\/annereith.com\/classes\/all-classes-a-z\/\" title=\"\">IMPART Classes A-Z<\/a>.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Astrology Course Payment Plans<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Payment plan amounts are predetermined by IMPART and will be provided upon request. Alternative payment amounts cannot be negotiated.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The dates for payments are set in advance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The first payment must be made before the first meeting of the course.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Registration in the course is not confirmed until:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The first payment is received.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The student has provided credit card information and authorization so we can run the card on the scheduled payment dates.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If a credit card is no longer active at the time that a payment was authorized, then the student will be contacted and is responsible for providing IMPART with a viable credit card immediately.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the student fails to make a scheduled payment, then they will be dropped from the course.&nbsp; Any amount that has been paid will be rolled-over to a future course (see Roll Over Policy explained in previous section).\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><em>NOTE:&nbsp; Tuition must be used for the same course and cannot be applied to Anne&#8217;s services, IMPART products, or a different class, workshop, or course.<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the student wants to withdraw less than 21 days before the first meeting of the course, then see the previous section regarding the Roll Over Policy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the student withdraws 21 days or more before the first meeting of the course, then see previous section regarding Refund Policies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Weekend Workshop Payment Plans<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Payment plan amounts are predetermined by IMPART and will be provided upon request.
