I will give you an estimated time frame when I will finish your banner
However...don't be surprised if I deliver it earlier/later than quoted.

Stipulations and Stuff:
At this time I only create banners for Twilight-based Fan Fiction.

Rules:
(forgive me if this sounds bitchy, I've just run into some problems recently :( )

I reserve the right to refuse service to ANYONE for ANY REASON!
FOR FIRST TIME REQUESTERS:
If you already have a banner made for your story(by another banner maker), please don't request one from me
(I will make exceptions for fan art...please tell me before hand)
If you would like to petition to have a new banner, you may PM me and we'll talk
If I tell you that I can't do something, please respect that. Don't harass me. I will report you.
You can credit me in your own way, I don't tag my banners.
Please don't give me free reign and then tell me you want something different than I created.

This is really a HUGE pet peeve of mine! While I agree it's your banner and I want you to get what you're looking for, you should tell me what you want from the very beginning. Tell me the mood, the kind of pictures, everything!

If you have pictures that you want me to use, make sure they are big enough. A picture that is 100x100 is NOT big enough.
Suggestion: When you do a Google search, change the search to only include Medium or Large images. This should help a great deal :)
